Love the car, love the adaptive cruise control, and Co-Pilot 360. Just bought one, and after it broke down after the first 4 days of owning it, got it fixed, and seems to be holding up. But, I dislike the name Ford... Does anyone else feel bad because its named after its founder Henry Ford who was a big time anti-semite. Anyone read The International Jew? I feel like Ford should change their name. Not the word escape, but Ford itself. Reason why I won't buy a Tesla is because of Elon Musk. If he had named it Elon or Musk, I'm sure there would have been a way bigger blowback. Someone that inspired Hitler is creepy as hell.

Bummer, cause it used to be free. New rule as of June 30th??? Only thing I can think of is depositing cash at my regular bank, then transferring it from my debit card to Cash App account, but I wanna deposit cash for free at Dollar General etc... Again... Any thoughts???

Almost every time I need to turn at a light, it says go past this light, then, at the next one turn right or left. It makes no sense though, because the next light is the turn, you don't pass another one to get to it. Soooo annoyingggggggggg..............

Just bought it last Tuesday, got it at 39,000 miles. Four days later, Saturday, the check engine and wrench light was on when I started it up. I had only driven it about 450 miles at this point. (Dealership where I got it, is over 150 miles away, so 1/3 of that was just getting it home) Any idea what it could be? After 4 days, and these lights showed up is really upsetting. I called the dealership I bought it at, and they told me to take it to the nearest Ford Dealership, as they wouldn't be able to even look at it until August. Was wondering if anyone has any ideas? This is in New York, so I might be covered under lemon laws if it takes too long in the shop or there are some major issues, but has anyone experienced anything like this?? Dropped it off yesterday, and Ford dealership wont be able to look at it till tomorrow. Before I drove it off the lot, guy said he was having his technician redo the inspection as it didn't pass the first time, he said it happens with cars that have been sitting for a while. He also said he was charging it, but I didn't see any charge on it when I drove it off the lot. There was one instance, on Friday, where it seemed to have lost a little power when driving through a green light, acceleration was a little sluggish, but worked fine the rest of the time. I dont want to drive around though, with a check engine light on, im not dumb, especially with a new car I just bought.

I personally like A Bugs Life better. Antz is just too dark. Just wondering what you think?? Btw, interesting side note, do you know 98%-99% of ants are female. The male ants only live for a few days to weeks only to mate with the queen and then die. The female ants collect, and search for all the food, raise the kids, defend the colony etc... Anytime you see an ant walking, its a female.

Working 12-15 hour shifts uber and lyft in upstate New York Thurs-Sun? Also, trading in my car tomorrow, cause mine pretty much crapped out on me, going to get a comfort style car. Anyone know how long it takes before I can drive the new car?

Drove half an hour to pick up a fare who was headed to the airport. No problem, made it there on time, i love pets too so no issues. However, the customer put the wrong address. The correct address was over a mile away 1.1 miles to be precise. When I first got to the address they original sent, I texted the customer, and told them the street was blocked off, there was a cable around it that says private property and if he wanted me to around it. He said he looked at his map, and told me he was no where near there and to go back to the main road. So okay, went back to the main road, trying to find the right address mind you, as rider put the wrong one, as I'm driving, everything seemed to be going fine, then over and over and over customer started saying you are not listening, you are not listening, you are not listening, if you would just listen you would be here, being super rude as hell. I did all the directions he told me too, despite me going the right way, and trying my best to find him. Pickup was 1.1 miles away mind you from originally where it told me to be. Finally found the guy, and he was still being rude as hell still, so I said you know what, I'm going to cancel it, not going to deal with it. Guys mom came out begging and begging me to stay. I said okay, but your gonna have to start the Uber again from this address, and since I am close by, I can prob. do the trip. They all agreed, made the trip, then cancelled it about a minute later, saying they were going to find another way to get to the airport. I got nothing, no original fare, no second fare even though I accepted it and was right there, and lost an hour of driving, half an hour there and back with nothing.

(Update) Support just called me, and they gave me a $25 cancellation fee because they put the wrong address on it. At least I got that. Feel somewhat better now. Also asked if I wanted to ever be matched with that rider again and I said no way.

Does anyone think there will actually be debates like that in the future after what went on during the 2024 campaign??? (I know its the U.N. etc...) But still.... Like there will ever be a presidential style like debate again lol.
