I think i might know reanimal's 2nd DLC's release date

first thing i wanna note is the nintendo eshop release date is most likely wrong, they did the same thing as is most likely going to happen with dlc 1: they had the release date, once the date neared, they delayed it heavily then set it to a real date.

now most REANIMAL announcement was done at a games showcase, revealed at gamescom, trailer at xbox showcase & dlc at thq showcase. recently i checked the reanimal steam page & realised it was on discount for the Horror game awards which are on november 20th, and as it will most likely release this year it most likely will release around november 20th

bad Life Series Idea: Insurance life

3rd life rules but each player picks 5 possible ways they could die excluding plain pvp e.g shot by skeleton, fell from a high place etc. if they die that way, it is taken off of their insurance but htye get their life & items back, if a player related death is chosen e.g blown up by, if they are killed in that manner the murderer will lose a life instead

Could a 3rd Little Nightmares 3 dlc chapter be released? (Shores Spoilers)

I recently finished the dlc, it was fun however i believe that a 3rd dlc chapter could happen for 3 reasons:

1: the costumes menu was expanded to hold 15 slots instead of the previous 12 slots which is weird as with the inclusion of the new diver costumes there are 12 total LN3 costumes so why would they increase the menu's capacity unless they were gonna add another suit perhaps for another chapter

2: at the end of the dlc we see low & alone go through a mirror, however, this mirror doesn't match the black color of the night or the orange color of the daytime in the necropolis also it doesn't match the area's starting area

3: in the base game, low & alone carry weapons which are absent in both dlc chapters, these don't appear in the shores, if they did go to the necropolis at the end, wouldn't have they gotten the weapons?

edit: i've realised there are infact 13 costumes in LN3 so point 1 is wrong however they 100% could've made the costume menu look better if they were done with LN3 and weren't gonna add any more skins ans also i've realised they refer to the chapter as just part of the expansion pack and not the final chapter

Describe any media the goofiest way possible and have others try guess it

I'll go first:

1: a dad really disapproves of his daughter's boyfriend & tries to murder him several times

2: a cop who has a very unfriendly work environment & quits on his first day

Any theories for the dlc's ending? (DLC 1 SPOILERS)

Here's mine: the kid that appeared at the end of the dlc was The prisoner's friend, who was killed by the soldiers (maybe even the solider we play as) and the prisoner is looking for any chance to get her killed or that the prisoner was part of the same cult that the boy in the main story was in, and is leading the solider to a sacrifice ritual and that the soldiers are trying to wipe out all cultists, my final theory is that the girl from the main game acts as a vengeful spirit of sorts, (only wearing a bag on her head now) guiding people to get revenge on evil people such a soldiers & other cultists

Fusion Hacker

Today me and a friend were playing fusion just doing the campaign when a person joined even though we were in a private server. he didn't harm us in any way however, he just played a few levels with us, made a shotgun burst fire and he left, anyone know how this happened?

Favorite Character that caused controversy

Abby - The Last of Us Part 2 >!She murders the series's main father-figure then you play as her for half of the game & in the end the protagonist lets her live!<

Ethan Winters - Resident Evil 7 >!People Didn't like the fact that RE7, had a new protagonist rather than one of the more popular characters like leon or chris!<

I asked 4 AI's if father martin one-uped jesus christ in shitty ways to die because i'm bored (image included with every cheeseburger)

I asked 4 Ai's: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude & Grok. I gave them the prompt "does father martin one up jesus christ in shitty ways to die" here are their responses

ChatGPT: (To start ChatGPT talked about jesus's death & asked what father martin i was talking about, here is his response after clarification) If you're talking about Father Martin Archimbaud from Outlast, then in terms of sheer horror, you could definitely argue his death is more graphically gruesome than Jesus' crucifixion—but it's a fictional horror game, so it's deliberately designed to be as shocking as possible.

In Outlast, Miles finds Father Martin nailed to a giant cross-like structure inside the chapel. Martin is still alive long enough to hand Miles the key to continue, then sets himself on fire (self-immolates) while hanging there, burning to death.

The scene is clearly filled with Christian imagery:

Martin is crucified in a chapel.

He speaks as though he's fulfilling a divine purpose.

His death is presented as a sacrifice to advance Miles' journey.

The combination of crucifixion and self-immolation is meant to be grotesque and disturbing.

Whether it "one-ups" Jesus' death is really a matter of perspective:

In terms of graphic horror: You could reasonably say Outlast pushes things further visually by combining crucifixion with being burned alive.

In terms of religious significance: Within Christianity, Jesus' death is considered unique because of what it represents, not because it was simply the most physically horrific death.

So yes, Outlast intentionally uses exaggerated religious symbolism to create an even more extreme horror image, but it's doing so for dramatic and unsettling effect rather than making a theological claim.

Google Gemini: You just quoted Miles Upshur’s exact notebook entry from Outlast! When you record Father Martin's final act in the asylum's chapel, Miles writes the note "The Passion of Father Martin," where he explicitly states:"I can't believe Father Martin one-upped Jesus Christ himself in shitty ways to die. And I don't believe I'm going to miss him."If you look at the mechanics of how he went out, Miles' dark humor makes total sense. Father Martin didn't just replicate the crucifixion—he added immolation to it. (It proceeded to make a chart comparing Jesus's vs Martin;s deaths however i can't paste it here) .By literally combining two of history's absolute worst ways to go—being nailed to a cross and being set on fire simultaneously—Father Martin did, by all technical and horrific metrics, "one-up" the classic crucifixion.

Claude: (Same initial reaction to chatgpt here is what he said after response) Yeah, Father Martin Archimbaud from Outlast is definitely up there for creative death scenes in video games.

Depending on how the player handles his section, he ends up getting his head crushed by Chris Walker (the big recurring stalker enemy) — pretty brutal, sudden, and undignified compared to a slow public execution.

How it stacks up against crucifixion, roughly:

Speed: Martin's death is fast — seconds, not hours. Crucifixion was designed to be slow and prolonged, sometimes lasting days.

Suffering: Crucifixion involved suffocation, blood loss, and exposure over an extended period. Martin's death, while gory, is closer to instant trauma than sustained agony.

Symbolism/humiliation: Crucifixion carried heavy public and religious humiliation — displayed as a warning, associated with criminals. Martin's death happens in a chaotic, isolated asylum setting, without that same "public spectacle" element.

Gore factor: Martin's death is more visually graphic in the moment (skull crushed) — Outlast leans hard into shock/gore as a genre. Crucifixion's brutality was more about drawn-out physical breakdown than a single grotesque money-shot.

So if you're ranking "shitty ways to die" by sheer visceral/gross-out horror in a single moment, Martin's might "win" on gore. But by duration of suffering and sheer cruelty of design, crucifixion is arguably worse — it was engineered specifically to maximize prolonged pain and public shame.

Grok: Yes, in the context of the horror game Outlast (specifically the original and its Whistleblower DLC vibes), Father Martin Archimbaud does "one-up" Jesus in terms of a shitty way to die.

In the game, you record The Passion of Father Martin, where he's crucified (nailed to a cross like Jesus) but then set on fire and burned alive while still on it. The note you pick up explicitly says something like: "I can't believe Father Martin one-upped Jesus Christ himself in shitty ways to die."

Quick comparison:

Jesus: Crucifixion — brutal, slow, painful, public humiliation. But it ends with death (and resurrection in the story).

Father Martin: Crucifixion + immolation (burned alive on the cross). Extra layer of agony from the fire.

It's a dark, over-the-top horror game moment playing on religious imagery for maximum shock value. The game loves grotesque religious horror, and this is one of the standout "what the fuck" scenes.

If this is referencing something else (a saint, real person, meme, etc.), it doesn't ring a bell from history—most martyred priests/saints had awful deaths but nothing canonically documented as "crucified then burned on the cross" in that exact combo. The Outlast line is the direct match for your phrasing.
