Which one will I have less issues or problems in Bazzite? If possible, from people who had tested them.

I want to know, I think Stable is the best, and you should only use another if you're actually reporting errors to Valve. Beta and mostly Main have a lot of errors, as you can review in their logs.

I want to check how my eGPU works with another cable, it's currently connected with a Thunderbolt 4 cable, I was planning to buy a Thunderbolt 5 cable, but then I saw 80Gbps USB4 Gen4 cables are cheaper, my question is, is there a big difference between a Thunderbolt 4 cable and a 80Gbps USB4 Gen4 cable? I know there might be between Thunderbolt 5, but with Thunderbolt 4?

EDIT: The 80Gbps USB4 Gen4 worked perfectly! Maybe even better than the Thunderbolt 4.

I'm thinking that maybe because the SteamOS kernel is based in old Linux kernel versions, I might be better off changing too CatchyOS or Bazzite, that's because I currently use an eGPU connected via USB4 in my SteamOS gaming setup, and I had read that there had been a lot of improvements in newer kernel versions regarding USB4/Thunderbolt 4. But I want to ask before, if someone knows if there's any improvement in the USB4 performance/utilization if I change from SteamOS to Bazzite or CachyOS?

EDIT: Seems SteamOS is good enough, other users don't see any difference in performance between distros, I also checked and seems full bandwidth is being used in SteamOS.

Luego me da pena y vergüenza los comentarios de gente queriendo hacer ver a México como el país con más sufrimiento, guerra y sacrificio, y queriéndose comparar con culturas y países que realmente han conocido lo que es el sufrimiento, guerra y sacrificio. México en ningún momento de su historia ha conocido lo que es eso, y la razón, es porque no somos, ni hemos sido, lo suficientemente grandes o importes en la historia del mundo para que pudiera ser cierto. Así que, dejemos de tener esa idea de ser el país más sufrido y que más ha sacrificado, porque la verdad no somos, y nunca hemos sido, tan importantes para que eso pudiera ser cierto.

Recently I saw LinusTechTips video, and while I totally accept that Windows manages RAM memory very differently than Linux, there's a reason why many users use Linux Mint in 8GB of RAM while Windows is still currently working in optimizing Windows 11 for 8GB of RAM due to the global memory shortage.

EDIT: I don't hate Windows, I only recently preferred Linux for PC gaming other than Windows, but I think Windows is better for everything else other than systems that need strong security.

I'm beginning to face the fact, that PC gamers that use Windows in particular, tend to be less intelligent than console gamers. PC Windows gamers have become people that only care about big GPUs and RGBs, that they use their PC for anything else than playing indie games, and "competitive" games. They don't really know how PCs work, they only follow guides blindly and waste hardware that could be used for a multitude of things playing games that really don't even justify the kind of PC they built.

"PC gaming" should be "Open Gaming Ecosystem" and "Console gaming" should be "Closed Gaming Ecosystem".

If you want to have a lot of control over your "gaming", different stores where to buy, control over the machine you're playing, control over the games you're playing, control over the apps you want to install, you go for "PC gaming", if you don't care about that, you only want to play, and you are ready to withstand any decision that the company controlling your ecosystem (Play Station, Xbox, Nintendo) makes, then you go for "Console gaming".

Consoles and PCs are pretty much the same thing nowadays, the real difference is the values they represent. "Console gaming" represents "Closed Ecosystems" and "PC gaming" represents "Open Ecosystems".

People are so unaware that the consoles use the same x86 architecture as PCs, the same RDNA2 architecture that AMD uses for its RX 6XXX series, a unified GDDR RAM pool, and a flash drive to initialize the console.

That a PC can't run Windows natively doesn't mean it isn't a PC, a newer Mac, won't be able to run Windows natively because of its ARM Apple Silicon processor, many ChromeOS PCs, can't run Windows because they also use a flash drive to initialize, Windows 11 SE laptops, can't run anything other than Windows 11 SE because of the same reason.

There are people that even run Linux in a PS5-based AMD BC250 board.

I'm tired of people saying consoles are different from PCs. How do you think they work, with magic? It uses the same architecture, the only difference is that they run a different OS other than Windows.

I'm beginning to see a trend in armed conflicts, and it's that the countries that are capable of wage war against other countries are also totally dependent on the political and social stability that a world without war offers to develop these capabilities, and that makes that a country is unable to put the amount of effort necessary to win a war at the beginning, before it became not worth it anymore because of this dependency.

My examples are the USA with Iran and Russia with Ukraine, China might join that group with Taiwan. So that's my thesis in development.

He encontrado mucha desinformación acerca de lo que es jugar en Linux, más en fuentes en español. Pocos saben lo que es Proton o Mesa. La diferencia entre SteamOS (Arch Linux) y Bazzite (Fedora). La diferencia entre el cliente de Steam y el OS etc...

Como este artículo, diciendo que no se puede hacer un dualboot en la Steam Machine, porque el instalador de SteamOS borra todo lo que se tiene en el disco duro. Primero, esto no es un problema ya que la Steam Machine ya viene con SteamOS preinstalado. Segundo, aunque no viniera con SteamOS preinstalado, puedes instalar SteamOS primero, y este es totalmente capaz de hacer particiones en un disco duro para poder instalar Windows después. Tercero, aún así, hay soluciones creadas por usuarios con las que puedes instalar SteamOS sin tener que borrar Windows, si es que lo quieres instalar en un dispositivo con Windows.

Amo México, pero creo que es una idea vacía, el gobierno busca que nos sintamos identificados como un mismo pueblo, y entiendo el porque, pero nunca ha habido un momento en toda nuestra historia en el que realmente nos hayamos sentido como un solo pueblo, somos una combinación de pueblos que estamos juntos porque así somos más grandes y fuertes, pero nunca nos hemos sentido identificados como uno, creo que debemos de dejar de aparentar que si, y aceptar que es mejor dejar de buscar ese camino.

Los valores que compartimos son causados por nuestro intento de ser un solo pueblo, y por eso estos valores le dan fortaleza a esa idea, pero no hay algo más allá que nos haga sentir que realmente lo somos. Compartimos un lenguaje, carácter y un poco de cultura. Pero no hay nada que realmente nos unifique o que nos haga sentir orgullosos de que somos un mismo pueblo.

Creo que es hora de darle oportunidad a la idea de que México no existe, hasta el nombre México proviene de una cultura que comparte poco con nosotros y que queda muy poco de ella. Creo que debemos empezar a sentirnos cómodos con la idea, de que México no existe y no somos un solo pueblo, solo diferentes grupos de personas que están juntas para poder ser más grandes y fuertes, y como no nos pudimos poner de acuerdo con un nombre, escogimos el nombre de un pueblo, con el que la única cosa que compartimos, es haber vivido en el mismo lugar o cerca de lo que llamamos "México".
