Playing PlayStation flares me up. Does anyone have any tips so that I can enjoy my favourite hobby again?

I haven’t been able to game for a year and a half. When I try it just flares me up so it’s not been worth it.

However I read something somewhere that making some adjustments to some variables, seat angle, positioning, etc may help.

I wondered if anyone can give me any advice as to how they have addressed this and are able to game again without flaring?

I really enjoy this song which I first heard many years ago, but it’s been back on my radar recently.

One of the elements I like so much is how there are so many components to the overall sound, but they all work so effortlessly in harmony with each other.

PSA: MF DOOM fully produced an album for another artist released in the late 2000s and most don’t even know it exists.

The album is John Robinson’s ‘Who is this Man?’

I love this album and realised that most people don’t know about it and that I should mention it on a few subreddits.

It came to me because I have never seen anyone on these YouTube reaction channels react to it and I would love to see that.

It’s not on Spotify which is part of the problem but it is on YouTube for all to listen to.
