In the episode Coulson found out Garrett was the clairvoyant, it was only because Garrett slipped up on discussing info with him that he never shared with anyone.

Because of that it obviously led to them capturing Garrett, Hand escorting him out and Ward going with them all and we know what happened next...

But let's say Garrett didn't slip up in that moment and still had Coulsons trust and they didn't find out that way that he was Hydra. How do you think the reveal might have happened or how things would have played out?

Anyone know what's happening with the champ ring? Is the team getting it for the opener? Are fans getting replica rings again this year? Last time they won I got my ring as a giveaway during the home opener but now it sounds like the giveaway is just a fridge magnet during banner night?

I've been looking in to getting my parents new phone plans but want to see what options are out there.

One of them has the unlimited talk and text plan for $99 a year. That plan is fine, but sometimes I see there's the occasional similar plan with a small amount of data. The best right now is $129 a year for the same plan but with 20gb of data. Is that the best that there will be or could there be better ones within the next week or two around labour day/back to school? Their old freedom plan expired so it'd be better to get a proper plan by labour day.

Similarly, another one has an old Bell 3G plan (that Bell is refusing to upgrade to 4G) that had unlimited talk text AND data for $25 a month which is impossible to beat, but they use maybe 5-7GB a month anyways so a 10gb a month plan should be more than enough regardless.

Right now I see Freedom has a 30gb for $30 a month plan. Is that worth it? Obviously 15gb for $25 a month would be more suitable, but for only $5 extra a month getting double the data seems like a great deal. But again, is that the best there will be or could there be better deals coming up (I heard someone mention once that there were $25 a month for 25GB plans during select sale times)? This one isn't as urgent as waiting until black Friday would be fine too.

What are some tips for catching Mewtwo? I'm trying to help my nephew catch mewtwo after he defeated the elite four, and we've already managed to get Suicune and used the master ball on that one, but for Mewtwo its been difficult even with the saving and restarting the game several times already.

Its not even a matter of running out of ultra balls, we get maybe several chances per attempt, which is still fairly low. The hard part is getting Mewtwo at a low HP level for a long enough time without being defeated or defeating it. It uses Recover so often, and Psychic kills pokemon in 1 or 2 hits since most of the party are between level 50-60.

Snorlax using yawn only puts Mewtwo to sleep for 2 turns, so should we use Vileplume instead even though it's only in the level 30s since sleep powder would have Mewtwo out for longer?

I don't know how many turns we have per battle, but would it be worth going to the timer balls instead?

How does everyone see the format changing (if it even changes since there's "no issue with the playoff format" according to Bettman) with 34 teams?

Are we just going to have 1 east and 1 west division have 9 teams while the others have 8 teams when we finally got to a point in the NHL where we had proper alignment again (starting from 2022) for the first time in a decade when we had 6 divisions of 5?

Or will they change things up?

Abandon divisions and just have the eastern and western conference with 17 teams each and we bring back the 1-8 playoff format?

The BB Bribe was revealed to be good to be used until the end of the game.

So now the question I'm wondering...let's say Dee makes it all the way to the end of the game. Could she offer a bribe to someone to vote for her to win the game (as in she offers it BEFORE they get voted out of the house)?

With the episode recaps over, what are some of your memories of listening to the podcast?

I don't mean things they've talked about, but something like when/how you consume the podcast as well or how you first discovered it.

I might have listened to an episode or two in 2024 (the Christmas episodes are the only ones I watch annually) but never got in to the podcast because at the time it felt like too much of a commitment to have to start watching the show from start to finish and keep up with an hour long podcast episode by episode.

In 2025 during the infamous "Raw on Netflix" moment which further added to the "TOPANGA....(and guy in seat 4C)" story, I decided to listen to the podcast just to hear their thoughts on that show.

After listening to that it made me want to listen to the rest of the podcast so I ended up watching BMW from the start and listened episode by episode to the podcast basically every single day since then (until I eventually caught up to their current recaps).

There's even times at work last summer where if it's just me around, I'd have the podcast playing in the background while I worked. It was fun to have that for the summer as well.

I have a Chromecast already (the older one from a few years ago) that requires you streaming from your phone and any control you need is off the phone.

However, I was looking at getting a firestick, mainly to use on either my projector (that I might occasionally use in the summer outdoors) or when going on vacation (since those kinds of places at best might just have a few apps on the tv like Netflix, Disney plus etc).

So is the firestick worth upgrading over from Chromecast? Especially since firestick has a remote I'm leaning towards that.

And is it worth getting the 4k one over the hd one or are there not enough videos around where its worth paying almost double the price for the 4k version?

With another unanimous vote (despite the edit making it seem like it could be split), it made me wonder just how bad has it gotten with these one sided votes.

So does it sound like we're headed for another BB25 where everyone just sides with the house the entire time? Is there anything people think can be done to change this trend we've seen since 21 where 7 of the 8 seasons have had so few votes against the house? Despite the blockbuster/BB arena and all that, it doesn't seem to have impacted whether the votes stick together or not, it just impacts who goes home.

I'm looking at a cheaper phone plan for my parents as they're on an old plan with Bell which the agents keep claiming can't be moved off 3G without changing the plan even though their plan is a 4G plan....

Either way, I'm looking at other options.

They seem to only use several GB a month in data. I saw freedom has a 15gb a month plan for $25 a month for 6 months.

Is that a prize freeze plan meaning they can keep renewing it every 6 months and keep getting 15gb a month for 6 months each time at that $25 price?

Or does anyone know of any better plans?

And what is freedoms coverage like within the GTA? I have freedom as well but I find the data connection isn't always the best even if I'm in the middle of downtown Toronto, in buildings and so on.

They mainly need data for driving (GPS, radio apps etc.) and occasional web browsing.

I have an old corporate Bell plan that I'm supposed to be getting LTE connection on but my phone keeps showing 3G.

With Bell announcing they're discontinuing 3G connections in the next several months, I need them to fix my connection.

I checked and my phone (iPhone 13) is compatible, my sim card is a new 5G/LTE card, but it still isn't giving me an LTE connection.

I've reached out to Bell and their people keep having me run in circles. And as soon as I tell them I've tried something that someone before suggested, they just disconnect the chat.

We all know the news about everyone being upgraded to 5G.

I checked my phone and I'm still on 4G and 4G+.

I reached out to freedom and they're claiming my plan isn't 5G because I only signed up for a 4G plan several years ago.

I'm like...I got a text saying I've been upgraded and in the news it's been confirmed that freedom is upgrading ALL plans to 5G, yet this agent keeps acting as if this is all false or ALL plans doesn't include all plans...(my plan is that 50gb one from a few years back).

Do they just not understand that this is a thing? They're acting like I'm making up my own news about an imaginary upgrade and none of this exists.

They're being like "5G didn't exist when your plan came out" I'm like...that's besides the point, ALL plans are being upgraded.

Like others, I had my plan upgraded from LTE to 5G.

But ever since the upgrade my phone still shows 4G+ signals at best.

In my settings I have 5G/LTE/3G/2G selected as my network mode (that's the highest mode it goes to) yet that still doesn't give me the 5G setting.

My sim card is a modern card that supports 5G, and my phone also supports 5G so I don't know why I'm not on 5G.

With Kane going back to Chicago and joining Bedard, it made me wonder what are some other instances of this happening where a star from a past era came back to his old team and played alongside the future of that team for the first time?

For example, Lemieux and Crosby in 06 might be a technicality. Lemieux didn't return to the Pens, but he easily could've retired during the lockout since be missed most of 03/04 due to injury (and likely wouldn't have played 05/06 if the Pens didn't land Crosby).

The Leafs brought back Clark in 00 and he got to play with Sundin after being traded for him.

Selanne returned to the Ducks in 05 after being away since 01, playing with new Ducks Perry and Getzlaf.

Shanahan returned to NJ in 08/09, starting his career there and now playing with the likes of Parise/Zajac (not that in Shanahans case he was most known for being in New Jersey, but it still counts).

Edit-I mean specifically a star/current or future HOF player coming back to be on his old team and play with a guy who would either go on to be a hall of famer, or is someone who looks like they could one day be a hall of famer. With both guys being known for being on that team.

At my job we promise people they'll get something within 5-7 business days from the day they bought it (more times than not we are able to do it much faster).

But that doesn't stop people from emailing and calling in being like "when am I getting it?" Like do people not know how to read?! I can understand if it's been a week and you've heard no update, but it's literally been a few days at most.

And the best are people who don't understand what a business day is. The amount of people who buy something on a Friday at 9pm, then email in by Tuesday morning being like "it's been 5 days, why is there no update?"

First off, Friday at 10pm doesn't count. Saturday and Sunday aren't business days. Monday does count, but Tuesday at 8am also doesn't count as a day yet.

Even worse on holidays where people are like "can I pick it up on Monday" and we're like "no...it's a holiday, we're not open". Or they count a holiday as a business day when also complaining about ship times. Again, you ordered Friday night, Monday was the holiday, so by Tuesday that isn't even day 5, there have been 0 business days from when you placed your order!

Something I saw from the NBA sub is talking about an all time team featuring teammates of Michael Jordan (but someone like Shaq for instance could have a claim for having the best "teammate of" lineup with names like Kobe, LeBron and Wade being part of that).

NHL is much bigger since you have 19+ teammates a season. So with that said, which player could you say would make some of the best "teammates of" lineup? You can go by name value or just how the player was at the time they were teammates.

I'm not saying it'll be the best, but just using examples. Crosby for instance had teammates like Lemieux, Gonchar, Recchi, Fleury, Letang, Malkin among many others.

It's not always the biggest names who'll be the leader since guys who bounced around and/or were role players might be more likely to have bigger star studded teammates.

Fleury for instance, obviously he had those same Pens as Crosby did for teammates, but his teammate list also includes Kane, Toews, Kaprizov among others.

Messier with ones like Kurri, Anderson, Fuhr, Coffey, Zubov, Leetch, Bure, Mogilny, Fleury, Lindros, Jagr and others, along with some guy named Gretzky.

Taylor has said she doesn't like Devens because he gave her the cold shoulder when they were doing introductions.

She did introduce herself...AT him, not TO him. His back was turned to her, multiple people were talking to him, and she just introduced herself to him while he wasn't even facing her direction. From her perspective, she talked, he ignored her, now she hates him. But from my perspective, Devens wasn't even aware of her talking to him because she did so behind his back while so many people were talking so how could he have known her specifically was talking to him.

So is this really Taylor blowing it out of proportion?

I'm looking in to getting a new pair of headphones since my current Bluedio set is getting damaged.

My budget is $100, but I'm looking for a good set that has a detachable aux connection (so if/when the cable gets damaged, I can replace it easily). I don't care about Bluetooth so I'd rather just have it plugged in directly but still have the ability to remove/swap out the cable.

I don't want a big/bulky set either since I mainly only ever use the headphones when I'm in bed since I listen to music/podcasts while I'm going to sleep. But I still wouldn't mind having noise cancelling styled ones just to tune out any outdoor sounds.

I won't be using them for gaming or anything like that or won't be using them in public like if I'm commuting or anything, it's 99% just going to be used at home while I'm laying down in bed.

I have a cell plan I had just for the purpose of having another phone number active (so WhatsApp can be used on a kids device without them having an actual phone plan/number).

That plan I've been using has since been discontinued but the number still technically works for now, so what option do I have to port the number over to the cheapest possible plan to keep the number active?
