Thinking about washing these out and restarting

They’re 2 months old (technically 1 month since all of the first starters unraveled during the first retwist and wash), I like them but the only issue is just the back near my neck. I had a small bald spot grow from having a durag on too tight and now the locs near my back neckline are really thin and kind of mashed together. I fear a next retwist would just pull the hair out. Should I just wash these out and restart when my hairs longer and healthy? My dandruff also has been killing me going weeks without a wash.

How bad do they look?

I went in to an dental office to get the bottom two removed and was immediately turned around and referred to an oral surgeon after the dr seen my X-rays, I have another appointment on Friday with an oral surgeon for a consultation but just wanted a bit of feedback

How much did you pay to replace your valve body?

My 2014 q50 valve body is kicking the dust (sluggish &jerky shifts, delayed acceleration) and I just got quoted $4600 at a independent shop to fix it, I’m not mechanically inclined enough to replace it myself but I feel like this is a really steep price on a 12 yro car that has 145k miles, albeit no other mechanical issues. What do you all think?

Do you think this is a reliable/stable job?

I know the pay is pretty decent compared to other jobs, but for some reason this is one of the only jobs I’ve worked where I don’t really feel a sense of belonging/stability there. When I worked at Krogers, I had developed friendships with all my managers & coworkers and genuinely felt like I had a stable job where I didn’t have to worry much of randomly being let go (albeit I was a highschooler and stayed there for 3 years before leaving for college).

Here at Amazon though I have good benefits and I make enough to cover my living expenses, I don’t really feel stable since I’ve seen other coworkers be let go and termed for things mainly for their attendance & write ups, and even though I’m saving my time off and I don’t break any rules for the most part, I still feel like I could be next.
