This is an excerpt of my dystopian Webtoon, A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. In between narrative pages that are drawn more traditionally, I use these pages to fill out the rules of the town they live in.
Every resident is given a manual of this propaganda, and combined with an (un)healthy dose of daily mind-control drugs, it creates a nightmare utopia of conservative American values.
