What's your harshest kpop opinion that would have you defending it like this against the fans

Hi! I'm new to the kpop community, just got into it through katseye a few months ago (I know they're not actual kpop but kpop adjacent) and already I know that the kpop community has a tendency to glaze the eff out of their favs and turn a blind eye to opinions they don't like. I ended up finding this sub and I'm really curious what's the harshest realest opinions in this community that nobody wants to say out loud.

I hope people realise that Grant is a troll

Some of you are too serious about Grant.

Like what even is "another man exploiting women and doing it under the guise of queerness" as if bro's using his queerness to exploit these women on purpose?? Btw that was a comment on the recent Grant post.

And I hope ya'll know that he turns the weirdness to max because it creeps people out. None of that grabbing his junk or twisting his nurples moves end up being in the actual choreography. I mean it's okay if you don't like it but he's not really being serious. Not everything has to be exploitation. It's just some guy being silly and freaky on purpose 🤷‍♀️

And obviously, nurple twists and ahegaos aren’t the only dance moves he knows 😭 He’s a professional and genuinely one of the most creative choreographers I’ve seen. His choreo is always so fun, like that anime girl jump in Gnarly and the pinkyup dance break too. Him being a troll does not cancel out his talent and people acting serious about this is sending me.

Anyone heard about kaveri's IAS?

Hi! I was looking for a good answer writing programme for my zoology optional, I was browsing for some material and ended up finding these evaluated copies that looked pretty good. And that alone is a big deal given there's not a lot of material for zoology optional available. Unfortunately I can't find any videos about this institute, I even reached out to them and while they shared evaluated copies, schedule and everything I feel like I need to ask around a bit more before I buy the course.

Does anybody know how to contact rustorange customer care?

I placed an order for my mom, the orange Roshani Kota kurta, and she absolutely loved it when she saw it online. She's incredibly picky and hard to impress when it comes to clothes, so I was really excited to get this for her. I want her to have it so bad.

The problem is that I placed the order on 13 April and haven't received a single update since then. I've ordered from you twice before, and while those orders took around a month to arrive, they did eventually show up. This time, however, the delay has been much longer with no communication whatsoever.

I've tried every possible way to contact customer service. I sent emails and received no response. I reached out on WhatsApp multiple times, and for some reason the chats keep disappearing. The messages show blue ticks, so someone is clearly seeing them, but nobody responds. Sometimes it's a bot, sometimes not. On one occasion, I even selected the "talk to an agent" option and explained my issue, only for the chat to disappear again after my messages were read.

I've also contacted them on Instagram and received no response there either.

Honestly, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm not even asking for anything unreasonable. I just want an update on my order and some form of communication. At this point, I don't know whether the order is being processed, delayed, or simply forgotten.

And now the kurta shows out of stock on the website too. I'm gonna be extremely upset if I can't get it, orange is my mom's favorite color too. Sighhhhh

[Product Question] Dupe for the old glow recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows a dupe for this mask or anything that works like this. I stocked up on it before it got discontinued, but I’ve finally run out and I miss it so much 😭 It was one of the few products I could practically slather the entire jar over my face without any burning or irritation. It made my skin look insanely bright and healthy too. But the reformulated version is awful for me. It smells terrible and left my skin feeling burned. And of course they added niacinamide on top of that… sighhhhh. Honestly one of the worst reformulations ever, especially since this mask is basically the product that put them in limelight in the first place.

I’m sharing the ingredient list in case anyone knows of something similar or a good dupe!

What is your most controversial opinion about katseye?

It could be anything you noticed or have thought about but never mentioned it because it can be controversial/ unpopular.

edit- I have to say I'm suprised! I had expected the comments to be flooded with talks about Manon but it seems like everyone's clocking Lara 😭

[Miscellaneous] What are your most controversial skincare takes?

Well outside of believing you only need minimal skincare. Everyone says that.

And yes it's okay for it to be inspired by personal experience.

I'll go first- Kbeauty has a better collection of products for oily and combo skin compared to dry skin.

And I'm talking like actually dry skin that can drink up oils and layers of creams and come out fine.

It absolutely kills at hydration. No argument there. The whole dewy glass skin concept. All my toners are k-beauty. But I feel like there's not many options for heavy moisture. Like most milky toners are light weight (for me) comapred to haru haru essence which is definitely a stand out.

I also think the barrier serum category isn’t as developed compared to Western brands. ocokind barrier serum, byoma barrier serum, theramide ceramide treatment etc. Like korea has great hydration game just lacks at lipid replenishment currently. The facial oil market also feels less developed. K-beauty's got some nice hydrating serums like iunik beta glucan but I feel like there's some glycerin based serums like prequel multi-quench, transparent labs, regimen labs etc are far more effective options.

Same with sunscreens. Many K-beauty sunscreens prioritize that elegant lightweight, matte, invisible finish, which I understand is popular. But personally, I like sunscreens with richer formulas like oils, butters, squalane, glycerin etc. Those feel rarer to find. And I have tried many, over twenty easily. I even tried the the aestura hydrobarrier one recently because it had ceramides, and somehow it still felt drying on me.

Anyways in the end it's just my opinion inspired by personal experience and I mean no offense. Feel free to share yours.
