Just something I’ve had on my mind for a while when it comes to the aquatic exhibit animals. Has there been any word on if we can place them inside of aquariums? I know they are placeable inside aviaries but I’m hoping the water doesn’t completely stop us from placing them in there.

With the jellyfish being exclusive to one type of exhibit I’m just thinking of a way to work around that. I know jellyfish are pretty fragile animals but idk, I wish we could replicate the swarms you see in certain places. Plus If we can place exhibits inside there I could see this being used to get clownfish to stick close to the anemone soo it would have some uses too

Idk hopefully it’s not just me that finds this colossal apex predator cute

They are one of the more popular parakeet species, have a range of colour morphs and even have a population living in London, soo I can see them slotting into the game well.

That and I can see them being super fun to build for. A London inspired park would be a super fun challenge imo

I’m using the Xenomaster Creation if anyone is wondering how I got a golden Terrormorph. He was a pain to get to this stage but I couldn’t be happier! Especially since he can mind control enemies for me and “talk” in a sense (if you consider “friend” and yes, Master” popping up in the text box talking anyway). 10/10 addition in all honesty, especially since we have the achievement friendly option on every platform.

(Also yes i know we look like ketchup and mustard when we are together but i like my suit soo, its staying)

This could be old news but idk, I only just noticed it. This guy is gonna look absolutely gorgeous half hanging off a branch now I swear.

Honestly this is just making me want more vibrantly belly coloured snakes down the line. Corn snake maybe?

I know it’s pretty much guaranteed that this behaviour would be here but still, I do absolutely love how they sound. These guys are hella loud irl soo hopefully we can hear them for a fair distance away too

We’ve seen the different patterns but this is the first time we’ve seen the differences in colour and can I just say, I love these. Hopefully there’s a luecistic version too

I tried a few different bear species and this is easily the closest one of the 3. Its rump is not round enough to be a panda, its fur is too short to be a sloth bear and legs too thick to be a sun bear.

(First image is from Churchill Wild and the second is from Britannia if anyone is curious. The first is a lot closer but I did want to get another as reference to where their knees and belly are. As you can see it’s a pretty good match)

Now I’m just curious if we get an Arctic reserve now. I know we technically had polar bears in Scotland during the ice age but, something tells me we won’t just be able to release them there.

I feel like these little guys don’t get nearly as much love as they probably should. They have 2 variants, pack hunting mechanics (which honestly I feel like more species should have, especially recently) gorgeous skins and some unique hunting/guest kill animations to boot.

Only real complaint I have is how they sound soo much like the Dilophosaurus and statistically speaking they aren’t the best, but overall I do love these lil guys.

(Bonus points for the feathered variant having a WWD utahraptor like skin, which I use over the utahraptor 9 times out of 10 solely because of how much more you can do with a deino in comparison. That one scene in WWD still cannot be done unfortunately,.)

this pure speculation that will age terribly by the weekend but still, I’m noticing a pattern here. it makes sense with freshwater fish being found in reserves too, having a pair of fish per locale could help flesh out the ecosystem more than a lone semi aquatic species.

There’s also a chance there will be a third, non-schooling species but I’m not holding hope for that until we at least see one (ie something like a northern pike, alligator gar, red tail catfish, Australian lungfish etc etc). Hopefully I’m wrong though, I need my big bois!

(Also yes I know, the Rudd is also found in Asia but its range is mostly Europe and nowhere near the other Asian species soo there’s no overlap in habitat. Thats just kinda a side effect of choosing such a widespread species there)

This could mean nothing and is simply just a case of the design team recycling cut ideas which they are known to do from time to time (ie Kulve having the same horn/face design as an early Elzelion design) but idk I found it interesting enough to mention.

Ultimately this could be a brief look into what this thing could grow into tho. Of course it’s going to look different but if they have the same mouth design then it’s possible we will see other elements return too. I could definitely see it gaining a similar skin texture once it’s left its slime stage at least

Ether way I’m hyped to see what they do with this little guy,. I just hope it gets a large monster form and isn’t just, stuck as a goop puppy forever

The new bull had some scaring on the gills but they don’t necessarily look like they match the original model. Its back scar isn’t here anymore ether, just a massive bite mark instead.

Its fins colourscheme and face look different too but that could be more of an age thing than anything concrete. It’s clearly an older shark soo maybe it’s the same one thats aged or perhaps these are all signs of a different shark? Idk I’m curious what people think about this here, are we getting a new shark or no?

It would be pretty sick if the OG bull shark was the one to inflict those bite wounds though, if they wanted to go the route of final boss territory

Honestly this gave me a good chuckle anyway. Something about how the jetpack flies directly up got me, idk what else to say

These beautiful (and judgmental) looking cats were once widespread across the Uk but now they are limited to only certain parts of Scotland. Although European wildcats aren’t endangered elsewhere this specific population is Critically Endangered and as such is a subject to a lot of conservation efforts. Plus having them in the game could help with getting the word out there, we really don’t talk about these guys enough.

While the Lynx still pending rewinding here these guys are the ONLY cat species left in the Uk and among the largest predators in general. These guys are surprisingly big too soo I can see them being very fun to build for.

With the amount of focus the Scotland reserve has been getting lately (especially with the addition of fairly obscure species like the bittern) it would feel like we are missing something if we didn’t have these gorgeous cats running around. That and we don’t really have anything that looks like them in the game already

I always did love this series and how dry its humour is soo I’d love a bit of that in game with Patrica. Of course they couldn’t use a lot of her voicelines but in a world where we have South Park in the game I can’t see why we can’t have this psychotic big blob too

Of course Nigel and Marmalade will get some representation too. Originally I wanted to make Nigel the companion but I thought Patrica would be more fun since you can actually understand what she’s saying. I could see Nigel being reactive tho soo you’d still hear him at least

Honestly I’d just find this funny to have in game. Just causally sniping someone only to hear the blob at your side shout “no witnesses chaps” would be worth the price imo. I know it’s not the biggest crossover but what can I say, it’s fun though isn’t it?

Pest or not, I just find them cool looking. Lil guys are just vibing in the cargo hold without a care in the world(s)

I’m sure they are completely harmless and not hiding any deep, dangerous secrets that will make Sarah judge me even more tho.

It felt like every option that could include the combat system as an option just, doesn’t have it for some reason. There’s questions like “What do you like to do in game?” “What would you want to see improved?” And it’s just, not an option despite being one of the features in this game that has a lot of issues still. You’d think it would be there but no, nothing.

Granted Frontier has made a few improvements as of late with Distortus and Mutadon genuinely being new mechanically, the CC Kentrosaurus finally working and the sandbox setting changes but still, theres a lot that could be worked on. Missing animations for a lot of species (rebirth Spino, dimetrodon, Postosuchus etc), deinosuchus literally being unable kill most things and is also immortal, general stat balance changes (ie as is Austroraptor being tied weakest small carnivore while Guanlong half its size is strong enough to beat up a Concavenator) etc etc etc, and that’s not even included the big updates like sauropod/ornithopod/tiny dino combat ether.

Literally everyone on X is commenting about combat updates and it’s a big part of YouTube content soo clearly there’s a huge demand there. It just feels weird for them to ignore this thing like the plague for some reason, especially after some pretty good updates (ignoring the Deinosuchus in the room).

TLDR: I just hope this doesn’t screw the results into us getting less combat system updates, because we still very much need them. Idk this has been my insomnia rant for the night anyway, this probably means nothing but like,. Don’t dodge the questions in the questionnaire frontier please

I know domestic pigeons range a lot in colouration but this lil guy is especially stunning. They where also super chill and just sat there for me to take photos

Love this little flying Dalmatian

It has an armoury, captain’s quarters, workshop and multiple storage modules all safely protected within its main shell. The weapon systems, colour scheme and engines are still a WIP but overall I do like how this thing looks. Once I get the final parts I do plan on trying to give the ship a lighter reddish underside soo it looks more like a erythristic manta ray, but only time will tell if that ends up looking ok or not.

Also ship design is hard. I tried making a turtle at first only to quickly realise I couldn’t do that without turning it into a weird square centipede thing. Curse you, incredibly inefficient landing gear!

Yes I know, stat wise this thing is mid but for where I am in the game right now it does its job. I definitely plan on turning it into my forever ship once I get the endgame parts tho. (Also side note, this cockpit is a lifesaver for avoiding the dreaded ladders, 10/10 highly recommended it if you wanna make a 2 story ship build)
