For those who may not be aware, I recently began a survey/discussion series called "RWBY Reacts To Mythology".

Each episode had an imagined scenario where I would bring the RWBY characters, heroes and villains alike to a "Mythology Movie Theater" to have them react to a piece of mythology/legends/folklore/fairytales from our world, and then the FNDM would submit responses on what they thought the reactions and/or opinions of the RWBY ensemble would be to these various stories (be they myths, legends, novels, films, or even a few video game franchises, such as God Of War).

Six days ago, I posted the 100th episode of that series, which had the scenario of the RWBY cast reacting to Disney's iconic 1994 film, "The Lion King". I decided that that would be the perfect time to close out the first season of that series (I plan to return to that series after a small hiatus).

In one episode, a member of the FNDM asked me if I planned to do a similar series where I would have the RWBY cast react to various RWBY fan-projects, such as fan animations or RWBY fanfiction stories. In other words, would I have them react to the "RWBY Multiverse".

My initial response to this question was that it was not a series I planned to do at the moment, even though the idea did sound very cool. However, with the recent announcement of the confirmation of RWBY Volume 10 being greenlight, I have decided to follow up on that survey/discussion series concept and create a version of it myself.

First and foremost, I want to lay some ground rules for how this series will work.

1. Each episode will focus on a specific creation by a member of the RWBY FNDM that the characters in the show will be reacting to. This could be either a fanfiction story from a site like FF.net, Wattpad, or AO3; a fan-made animation; a piece of RWBY fan-art or fan-comics; or even just a RWBY OC that you or someone else has created.

2. Once I have given a brief description of the piece of the "RWBY Multiverse" that Remnant's heroes and villains will be reacting to, your task, FNDM, will be to post replies on what you feel the RWBY ensemble's reactions and/or opinions would be to the piece of RWBY-themed media I have shown them. When posting your replies on what you think their reactions would be, don't just limit your imagined reactions to Team RWBY themselves. Feel free to include the reactions of as many RWBY characters (heroes and villains alike) as you want, be they positive reactions or negative ones.

3. Requests and/or Recommendations. If you have a specific piece of RWBY-themed media created by someone in the FNDM that you want to see included in this series, PLEASE feel free to mention/recommend/request it! I will do my absolute best to be certain to dedicate an episode to the piece of RWBY media that you have requested. When you make such a request, please make certain to include a link to the media you are requesting/recommending so that I can make sure to give credit to its original creator.

4. NSFW/Smut Requests. These, unfortunately, will not be permitted in this series. I will need to make a separate series for such entries in one of the specifically NSFW-themed RWBY subreddits.

5. Be Respectful. As always, please be respectful when posting your replies. Slurs, harassment, flame wars, hate-posts, shit-posts, and witch-hunts of any kind are NOT permitted here. This is meant to be a friendly discussion and/or survey series, and I want it to remain as civil as possible, thank you.

The first episode in this series will be posted tomorrow. I have a specific piece of RWBY-themed media in mind for the pilot episode already, but please feel free to leave any requests for future episodes right now if you want! I truly look forward to taking part in this project with all of you, FNDM!

Can anyone give me a complete rundown on how the famous duel between Miyamoto Musashi and Sasaki Kojiro on Ganryu Island actually went down? I ask this question because I have heard so many conflicting accounts of the events that took place and I really want some clarification.

As an example, I've heard some accounts that, when Musashi accepts Kojiro's challenge to a duel, Musashi tells Kojiro right out the gate that he will be using a wooden sword in the duel, but then other accounts say Kojiro didn't find out Musashi was using a wooden sword until Musashi actually arrived at Ganryu Island.

Similarly, I've heard accounts that say Musashi struck down Kojiro with only a single blow to the head, whereas other accounts say Kojiro was still alive after that first hit and still tried to fight back, which resulted in Musashi finishing Kojiro off with a fatal strike directly to Kojiro's sternum.

So if anyone can give me the full story of what actually happened in this legendary duel, I would truly appreciate it. As always, please be respectful when posting your replies.

When it comes to future branches of mythology (pantheons) that will be added to AOM: Retold after the Aztecs have now been added, the one that I hope gets added more than any other is Arthurian Mythology. The world of King Arthur was my introduction to mythology as a whole when I was a child, and as such it has a very special place in my heart. So today, I've come up with a potential concept for how an "Arthurian Pantheon" might work in AOM: Retold, and I'd like to get everyone's opinion on it.

Military Unit Focus: Cavalry and Infantry (their Stable units are their strongest military units, especially their Knights).

Unique Perks: High defense stats on military units, walls, and buildings; Arthurian farms have more food than farms of other civs; Infantry units can be promoted to Cavalry units.

Major Gods: King Arthur, Merlin, Morgan Le Fay.

Minor Gods: Various members of the Round Table Knights.

Unique Mechanic: Playable Gods-The Arthurian Civilization is the only civilization where its major and minor gods can be summoned as playable heroes.

Titan: Y Draig Goch (The Welsh Red Dragon).

Still not sure what kind of God Powers or Myth Units this civ could have, so I'd love to hear any suggestions and/or ideas, as well as thoughts on this civ concept in general.

Got a random question for the FNDM that just popped into my head a few minutes ago. We know that Ozma originally died of illness in the canon lore, but do we have any canon explanation for what Ozma's illness was?

If not, what illness do you think was the one that killed him originally? I don't know why, but I, personally, am leaning towards Tuberculosis.

Got a couple of questions about the Roman Corvus that the Roman Navy used as its secret weapon against the Carthaginian Navy.

First, was the Corvus a completely original design that the Romans came up with on their own when they were considering how to "turn a sea battle into a land battle"? Or was it based on a design that an earlier civilization had used and the Romans built on that design and improved it (I know Romans were very well known for copying and/or improving upon various designs for various technologies in their civilization)?

Second, why did the Romans stop utilizing the Corvus if it was so effective? Was it purely to help stabilize their ships? Or did they get proficient enough at naval warfare that they felt they didn't need it anymore?

In the aftermath of the Battle Of Cannae, we know that Hannibal refused to march on Rome immediately after scoring that victory. And the general consensus seems to be that it was because he knew that his army wasn't designed to lay siege to Rome, which was one of the most fortified cities in the world at that point.

But if he had decided to lay siege to Rome, how long would such a siege have taken (even if he had the proper siege equipment)? I've heard some estimates say a siege of Rome could have taken as long as ten years, but is that accurate?

I recently made posts in four different subreddits, but they are not appearing on my profile page. I know they posted correctly because they are showing up in the subreddits I posted them in, and my Karma score is increasing normally because some of them have gotten multiple upvotes.

This has happened to me a couple of times before, but usually I could fix it by either refreshing the page, closing my internet and reopening it, or a combination of both. Today, however, I have tried all of these processes at least ten times and nothing has worked so far, so this is getting very annoying.

If anything can be done to fix this, please do so. Thank you.

In my planned RWBY rewrite, one of the main things I'm changing is the gods of Remnant (this change also impacts the Relics as well. I intend to make a full-length post detailing Remnant's origin story for my planned RWBY rewrite at some point soon). First and foremost, this time around, the gods actually give a damn about humanity.

Before all other gods, there is Oum, Remnant's creator-deity (yes, the reference is blatantly obvious, but it's too perfect to NOT use it!). He oversaw the creation of Remnant and all life on it (except humanity), and his wife Sheena (yes, I used the IRL name of Monty Oum's wife) oversees Remnant's afterlife, or as we know it, the Ever After (she's the Afteran Blacksmith).

Oum and Sheena's first pair of children were a brother and sister duo (the Brothers of Light and Darkness came next). The brother was the God of Animals (and Fertility), and his sister was the Goddess of Plants (and Seasons).

What I need help with from the FNDM right now is suggestions for what the name of the Goddess of Plants should be. I would prefer a name that literally translates as "All Plants", but I'm open to any suggestion. Thoughts, FNDM?

I'm trying to find a Bumbleby oneshot set in an AU of Volume 3. I know it's on AO3, and I know the plot of it, but for the life of me I CANNOT remember or find its title and/or author.

Here's the plot as I remember it: It starts right after Cinder's group have framed Yang for attacking Mercury in the Vytal Festival. But in this AU, Bumbleby and WhiteRose have already become couples by now.

Blake tells Yang that she "wants to believe her" like in canon, but this leads to Weiss tearing into Blake and reading her the riot act for being hesitant to trust Yang's word about this. "She's YOUR girlfriend, after all," Weiss tells Blake, before she and Ruby leave the dorm (I think. I don't remember if Ruby and Weiss leave the room or not). Blake is stunned by this outburst from Weiss, but when she turns back to Yang, she sees Yang on the verge of tears with a pleading look in her eyes.

Seeing Yang looking so helpless makes Blake mentally scream "WHAT HAVE I DONE?!", and she rushes over to hug Yang, apologizing profusely for even CONSIDERING that Yang might be guilty, and swearing that she loves Yang and will never doubt her word ever again. Yang accepts Blake's apology and forgives her, and they promise to never doubt each other again.
