My Spider Tour X from 2nd swing didn’t come with a headcover so I ended up picking this up from Korea to replace a generic black one I was using off Amazon. It’s definitely a unique one and I’m debating whether to keep or sell it..

Bought this form CB2 and I think I just need to purchase a cord and put the wires together? Also, Is the copper wire that’s connected to the green screw the ground wire that would connect to the green wire in the cord?
Smithey arguably looks nicer but the weight of the Field makes it so much easier for everyday use..
Had most of what I needed already to grip my own clubs. All I had to buy was mineral spirits and grip tape.
Last pic- ended up bolting my vise to the bench because the stool kept moving around when putting the grips on.
I bought this old gladiator gearbox set, which came with what looks like an MDF top. I’d like to mount my vise to it, but the gearbox is made of fairly thin metal panels, so I’m not sure if the top is strong enough to handle the vise.
Would adding a 1/2 inch or so piece of plywood underneath the gearbox’s metal top be enough to reinforce it? Or is there a better way to mount a vise to this setup? Looking for any suggestions from people who have done something similar.

I’ve been looking for a very specific 1950s Omega Y6277 ever since I found it was the same watch Ryan Gosling wore in La La Land. I previously owned a 34mm Seamaster De Ville, but it wore too small on my wrist, so I started looking for this slightly larger model. This one is very hard to find because it was made for just the US market for a short period in the 50s.
I randomly searched forums, Google, eBay, etc. in case I could come across one. About a year ago, I found one that had just sold on eBay and was pretty bummed I missed it.
Fast forward to last month, I visited a local pre-owned watch shop and saw what looked like the same model watch. They opened it up, I confirmed the reference, and bought it immediately.
Later, while searching for an original dial (mine has a refinished dial), I came across that old eBay listing. The dial looked extremely similar to mine, so I compared the movement serial and case back matched the one I just bought. It even had the same scratch in service date.
Pretty wild coincidence.

I got my first watch in high school about 15 years ago. At once point I had a pretty large collection (6-8 watches) but have since consolidated to only these. My wrists are ~7.25 inches for reference.
3560.50 - 1999 Omega Speedmaster Pro Apollo XI 30th Anniversary Edition - Purchased this in Japan for a crazy good deal ($3,300) a few months back. It was in mint condition when I got it, but not so much now since it's my daily.
Y-6277 - 1956 Omega "La La Land" - This is the same watch Ryan Gosling wore in the movie. I happened to stumble upon it by chance at a local preowned watch shop in my city and immediately bought it.
DW5600 - Casio G-Shock - can't remember when I got it but think it was on clearance somewhere.

Found this one at a local pre-owned watch shop. It looks pretty good overall, but the dial has unfortunately been refinished/restored at some point. Some of the work is a little sloppy, but it still looks decent in person.
