Don't know if it's a hot take or not but hear me out

Rukia has been an intresting character to me , one of the best female characters probably , her development has been great in my opinion since start of bleach , when she showed her Bankai , I though it was a peak character moment , not only she had grown in terms of powerscaling but also her hardwork payed off. And when byakuya taught her how to better her control it was a great dynamic moment.

As for zoro his pre ts version was better than post ts but even at that time he was one dimensional. He wasn't bad just decently written but post ts I don't know but he feels so dead , his dynamic with crew is so minimal now. I feel like oda forgot about and has put zero ounce of writing effort on zoro.

What are your opinion ?

I know many would considered this controversial but

Contrary to what many people believe , ichigo is not bland , he is just less expressive than than many characters which is rare for shonen character. But his character arc was actually good. His dynamic with zangetsu was peak. And in the manga he actually shared a good dynamic with orihime too. I really want to make this long ,but I will make a seprate post on ichigo in a detailed manner.

As for Naruto , his entire and his character development was good too , to an immature child to actually becoming a hero. One peak moment was when he requested raikage to not kill Sasuke and bowed to him. That really showed how Naruto had developed. I will make a post about him too.

As for Luffy , I placed him last and I really think he had his character moments. Him realizing how weak he is sabody or his despair during post marineford but I think this is the issue with op , characters get great moment. But they return to their former selves and show no character development. Luffy in romance dawn arc is same Luffy in elbaf arc.

How does garou not beat Goku , I know the stat difference is huge but what's stopping garou from copying ui and his stats
