For me, it is almost very hard to stay awake. I usually fall asleep within 10 to 35 minutes. I am not getting enough time to shut down my body while staying awake. Any help? As some people suggested, it seems like I’m “clicking out.” My intention is to stay awake, usually I’m very good at it. I can stay awake the whole night if I wanted to, but during the tapes it’s almost impossible. I also wake up before the tape ends. Is there any way I can stop clicking out?

I don't know why this is happening. Could it just be a coincidence, or does it have some meaning? I'm also in a manifestation subreddit where I try various manifestation techniques. Could that be related to this?

I'm not promoting drinking in any manner, i hate it btw. But it seems like my whole 32 years was a lie. My extroverted behavior came out after a few pegs, my comments, post itself is a result of it. It seems like time is flowing very fast despite my lagging android os. I made connections with my old friends, i felt no more anxiety to contact them. I don't know what's happening to me. I feel like i wasted 32 years of my life. I never had a girlfriend in my entire existence. I had a crush in the past, lost in the wind, i even have one now. But in my sober life, it's a nightmare. I can't communicate with her, i can't make her laugh. What's happening to me? How can i become permanent in this feeling?

I keep listening to this audio for months. I'll list what happens during it

1. After 20 minutes i fall asleep mostly (70%)

2. Sometimes i start imagining things involuntarily (10%)

3. Sometimes i doze off and suddenly wake up with a jerk (10%)

4. I keep listening to it until i get tired and quit it (10%)

Everything happens except vibrational stage.

I don't know if my post is silly. I have no way of connecting her in real life as i do not have any contact, mutual friends etc. But i love her, i feel like I'll die if she's not in my life. That's why I'm forced to ask this question. Could it be possible i can meet her in AP and convince my love?

Am i doing it the correct way?

I know reality shifting is about shifting your consciousness to another parallel universe where there is another version of you. The question is, are there any compatibility problems when shifting? I understand that your own body is mostly more compatible than a random person. But can i occupy other bodies, if not why? What prevents me from being another person?

What about occupying my younger self body? Is that possible?

But most of the synchronocities weren't that much important so i ignored as a simple coincidences. Yesterday i had a random thought.
