When I was younger, the government spying on civilians was a thing “they” tried to keep hush hush. Now it seems the mask are off and they don’t even care that everyone knows. They are paying for social media ads to spread the news of their new mass surveillance systems. They are bragging about how much money it makes them, how much data it gives them, and how much power it gives them. They are flaunting it. It’s not a “conspiracy” in the typical sense. It’s just… idk. This seems different than it ever has and it doesn’t seem good.
Normally, this annoys me. But this is actually harming BAM now. Not having any engagement I your Yelp reviews for over a month fucks your algorithm up and customers can engage with the business.
Whenever it does return, I and thousands of others will be waiting.

Hello, I want to think this proud organization for sticking up for this gentlemen who was discriminated against by customers. People were calling him a “Nazi” and wanted him removed for wearing an offensive shirt. Who’s the Nazis now? Well the guy in the Nazi shirt. The woke mob then cried to go to management to get Nazi symbols BANNED! But our leadership would not back down to the woke mob and clarified that swastikas and other Nazi symbols are ALLOWED at LA Fitness. Thank you all for supporting the Nazis and allowing them a safe space where they can wear whatever they want.

I have used audible for over 10 years. And over the years it’s continues to get worse and worse in terms of features, consistency and reliability.
When switching from mobile to desktop it rarely if ever updates my position in my books. I always have to manually write down, on a piece of paper with a pen, my place in the book if I listened on my commute and want to continue at home in my office.
The “read and listen” feature is absolute stupid and different on every single device. On my iPhone it’s just a button and it brings up the text no problem. On my iPad there is no such feature, I have to open a SEPARATE APP to do this. What the fuck is the point if I need a second app to use it?! That’s like saying “audible supports read and play as long as you have the physical book and read along with it” THATS NOT WHAT “read and play” is! That’s not a feature, that’s just how opening a book works!
Lastly there is no support on any console (Xbox, PlayStation, or switch.) you can’t even listen through the browser.
My library app supports all of these, for free. (I can read along for free, I can listen on my consoles through the web browser, the app is consistent through my multiple devices and it always updates my position in my book.
Seriously, this is pathetic for a company like Amazon to have such shitty low tier service for their Apps, when libraries do so much better for free. It’s kind of insulting to pay money for such shitty service and features.
