And this is why Benny would never survive a Black Widow encounter.

Because he would meet the end of a blackest heart, of one that made herself a widow. He stood no chance to be a head of her.

I have bought every weapon upgrade modification for every class in Deep Rock Galactic (and BOSCO). It has been a milestone getting this far. Rock and Stone!

Every Primary, Secondary, Pickaxe, Quaternary, Quintary, Grenade, and Armor mod was purchased. Yes, it was worth it (totally). TMC* rules!

*TMC stands for the Talon Mining Company

Which Godzilla is scarier

Am I the only one in the Minus One crowd vs GMK? And I'm asking this because both Godzillas can become literal nukes in film.

"STILL THE BEST 1973"

Solomon aura aside, has anyone ever seen the Godzilla NES creepypasta? I kindof wish Solomon and Red got an actual appearance or reference in some form of film or game.

This image of the cast credits really hits home after all this time.

This is dedicated to the late great Rick May and Jock Blaney.

Godzilla: Did you get my good side?

I didn't just destroy this building for nothing did I? Don't make me destroy you next right now. (Screenshot is from Minus One)

[Beloved Trope] Morally Good Mercenary Groups

In simple terms, while mercenary groups are generally known to be in it for the money, some of them are generally more good-hearted as they fight with a sense of purpose, honor, and valor for the greater good and protection of the innocent.

Examples:

The Star Fox Mercs (Star Fox): Paid big time for their contributions primarily in the Lylat Wars, which had the grand goal of stopping Dr. Andross' malicious intentions on the Lylat System.

Reilly's Rangers (Fallout 3): An honest set of mercs, unlike Talon Company, that seek to rid the Wasteland of the super mutant menace and protect those that need them most.

[Hated Trope] After all the challenges you went through, your character gets gutted in the game's ending.

Basically, the game completely guts you or kills you off no matter how well or not you did at the game, and I can see how distasteful it can be to the player. A literal F you in the end so to speak.

Examples:

"Fake?" Ending to Poppy Playtime Chapter 5: The notion that after everything you did, everything you went through (and probably died a lot of times), that you can just 1 tapped by the Prototype and sent to a grim end. It doesn't help how the game tries to make it seem like you somehow survived in a half-baked sequence after the supposed death.

The Lone Wolf Ending to Halo: Reach: You just die. You can't fight on, you're not meant to succeed here. You face an onslaught of Covenant and it doesn't matter how far off you did beforehand, you die and get that famous grim ending. I don't hate this ending, but it is relevant to the trope, though perhaps one of the finest ways for this hated trope to go out on.

Any other moments that act like these?

I'm James Mccloud and I'm here to kick Andross' ass.

Why does he look like if Duke Nukem was a fox.

[Depressing Trope] A habitable, life-filled planet becomes a near unhabitable, polluted, destroyed landscape

This is basically the nightmarish view of a planet being turned from a green, plentiful bastion of civilization and life to a toxic dump site with next to no life remaining.

Examples:

Zoness (Star Fox): Once the aquatic vacation spot for so many of the Lylat System, Andross' own machinations turned the site into a horrendous nightmare, where any lifeforms that had existed were either dead or mutated into nuclear-level abominations. His bio-weapon turned paradise into a polluted disaster.

Earth (WALL*•E*): Buy N Large's occupation and oversight of the Earth turned the planet, already burdened by human-caused pollution, into a point of no return. Human-based pollution would advance so heavily into the planet that "Operation Recolonize" was made to evacuate everyone there due to there being "no place else to store their garbage." They would then have machines like the WALL*•E* units attempt to cleanse the planet. But there was basically nothing to do. The planet became unhabitable and nearly all life and efforts to clean the planet are gone due to overpollution, a tragic depiction of a surreal future where pollution is left unchecked on the once-livable planet we take for granted.
