The complete Supremacy Task Force of the Galactic Empire's First Order is found exiting hyperspace ten light-years beyond the Oort Cloud and is presently establishing a blockade outside Sol, intending to draw out and engage the strongest fleets of the UN Security Council Orbital Defense Administration (UNSC-ODA), particularly Grand Admiral Juzo Okita’s UN Cosmo Force. In response, Admiral Maximilian Jenius has voluntarily deployed twelve Macross Carrier Task Groups to intercept the First Order and break the siege, leaving the inner system dangerously exposed.

Recognizing the opportunity created by the diversion, Grand Admiral Mitth'raw'nuruodo mobilizes his entire Seventh Fleet (Disney canon sources only) to destroy a key component of the UNSC-ODA in a single stroke. Having studied the capabilities and limitations of some of the most powerful mobile suits ever built, along with extensive operational records, command histories, and psychological profiles of their commanders, Thrawn believes he can exploit the coalition's weaknesses before it can fully respond. Standing in his way is the lightly armed but elite Advance Fleet of the Gundam Coalition (GC-AF). Commanded by a joint brain-trust, including Admiral Bright Noa, Rear Admiral Kati Mannequin, General Treize Khushrenada, President Lacus Clyne, Captain Murrue Ramius and Forecaster Sumeragi Lee Noriega, the GC-AF meet Thrawn, his flagship Chimaera and sister ships Dark Omen and Harbinger, between the orbits of Jupiter and Saturn for negotiations as per Thrawn’s demands. If these diplomatic talks break down, the coalition shall commence attacking at the first sign of resistance from the Imperial 7th Fleet and execute a holding action to prevent a potential pincer maneuver that entraps Admiral Jenius’ Macross Force. It is a battle that is reminiscent of the Battle off Samar, and the desperate fight waged by a small task group of US Navy ships against a much larger Imperial Japanese fleet.

The UNSC-ODA Gundam Coalition-Advanced Fleet has three operational objectives:

1. Decapitation: Eliminate Grand Admiral Thrawn and destroy his command ships (Chimaera, Dark Omen, and Harbinger).
2. Isolation: Sever the Seventh Fleet's communications to prevent intelligence transmission back to Imperial Command.
3. Devastation: Destroy at least 50% of the enemy fleet to inflict psychological shock and cripple their ability to counterattack.

The GC-AF shall field two carrier task groups (CTGs) of three ships, complemented by six mobile suits per ship, inclusive of the pilots for each unit and all necessary staff. All particle systems (Minovsky Particles, GN Particles, and Mirage Colloid) have been made constructively compatible through molecular stability calculations. The quantum superintelligence Veda is also available to all coalition assets, and safeguarded from any Imperial breaching, while facilitating the creation of technological compatibility layers for perfect interoperability across all units. The six ships shall be complemented by newly-procured GNMA-Y0002V Gadelaza units piloted by Anew Returner, Louise Halevy, and Descartes Shaman, respectively, one for every two ships.

From three light-years beyond the orbit of Neptune, the complete Supremacy Task Force of the First Order (Disney canon) has established a blockade outside Sol. Back on Earth, a coalition of commanders from the wider world of Gundam, who have successfully destroyed Starkiller Base in an earlier incursion attack, have anticipated their arrival, and prepare a preemptive strike to break the siege and reopen the cosmic corridor.
 
Supreme Leader Snoke, through dispatches from General Armitage Hux and under the auspices of Sith Lord Kylo Ren, has publicly expressed intent to destroy the UN Security Council’s Orbital Defense Administration (UNODA) in a single stroke, having researched the conduct, strategies and errors of its personnel and the strength and weaknesses of weapons complements. In response, Admiral Bright Noa, Rear Admiral Kati Mannequin, Rear Flit Asuno, General Treize Khushrenada, President Lacus Clyne, Captain Murrue Ramius and Forecaster Sumeragi Lee Noriega of the newly-formed Coalition Advanced Fleet (CAF) have issued demands of their own: bring in the flagship Supremacy, as well as Resurgent-class Star Destroyers Finalizer and Fellfire, between Jupiter and Saturn for negotiations. Should deescalation talks break down, the coalition shall attack at the first sign of hostile intent from the First Order.

From three light-years beyond Iscandar's orbit, the entire fleet of the Galactic Empire atb its most powerful (in Disney canon for now) has established a siege blockade to seize the system, having summarily defeated the remaining elements of the Gamilas fleet. Within the system, a coalition of commanders has anticipated their arrival and is more than ready to launch a preemptive strike.

Emperor Sheev Palpatine, known more formally as Darth Sidious, has expressed his intent to destroy the Sovereign Regency of Worlds - Orbital Security Administration (SRW-OSA) in a single stroke, having witnessed the limits of some of the most powerful unaffiliated ships in the galaxy, as well as research on the conduct of its personnel. In response, Admiral Juzo Okita has issued demands of their own: bring in the flagship Eclipse as well as Death Star II between the orbits of Iscandar and Gamilas for negotiations. Should these de-escalation talks break down, it becomes a race on who can fire first.

The SRW-OSA Coalition sets two main goals:

1. Kill Palpatine, and
2. destroy the Eclipse in under 300 minutes.

Additionally, the SRW-OSA seeks to be successful in two other objectives:

1. Render the entire fleet incapable of transmitting intelligence back to greater Imperial command, and
2. Shock the fleet into a wounded retreat, with a chance to fully eradicate the enemy while being chased away.

The SRW-OSA Coalition shall field thirteen ships, inclusive of all fighter and robot complements and all necessary staff. Before this engagement, all particle systems have been made constructively compatible through molecular stability calculations. Fighter, mobile suit, and additional mechanized complements per are complete. The quantum artificial superintelligence Veda is also fully available for all coalition assets, and safeguarded from any Imperial encroachment.
