With leftover ribs, very thinly sliced roasted pork, cabbage, carrot, yellow onion and spring onion. I think the chapagetti can be a bit bland so I also added some MSG, ginger syrup, soy sauce and kecap manis to boost the flavor
Absolutely sandwiched those onions between the layers of cheese
With shrimp, poached eggs and cucumber, sadly all out of sping onion.

Tried something from Samyang other than spicy buldak noodles and it was absolutely delicious! Tangle creamy bulgogi noodles, cabbage, carrot, white and green onion, super thin slices of roasted pork belly, fried egg, cucumber, topped with a little sesame oil and sweet soy.
Most of the time I am a spice lover, but this hits the spot 👌 9/10
