my friend just sent me a trailer and I was ecstatic, A monster hunter-like game but with visuals akin to horizon, it looked genuinely incredible, the hammer looked like it had so much weight to it, being able to hunt, tame, and even ride monsters was revolutionary for a MH-like game

but then I googled it, and realised it has no release date, and google says it's been delisted, which honestly is genuine depression...
WE NEEED more non-capcom monster hunter games, especially now that dauntless is gone, monster hunter is amazing, but dauntless was arcadey, and fun, hitting a monster for like 10k+ in one hit was incredibly fun.
it was like COD vs Siege, one game needs extreme focus and tactics, the other game you can just turn your brain off and dominate.

I’ve tried spamming it, holding it, and timing it, but I can only ever hit an SAED via using an AED first.

If I hit circle+triangle at the same time after a perfect guard, it only loads my phials.
This is with a charged shield and full phials.

After a long fought battle of two carts and a sliver of health left, I knocked down the gypceros, sat for a second wondering why my mission wasn’t complete, so I started carving it.

It STOOD UP, and killed me, didn’t even do any attacks or anything just the animation of him standing up took my third and final life.

Edit: thanks for the info, It's really cool to see the in universe reasoning and connections with other monsters.

(For context since I’m being roasted by some, my only Monster hunter experience consists of monster hunter 3G, World, a few hours of Rise, and Wilds)

I use a 26,000 DPI, and At 1% sensitivity the game is barely controllable, every other game I’ve played I’m fine at like 2-3% sensitivity, how come this game expects players to run such a fast sensitivity?

Just let us get a lower sensitivity, is there a game settings file where we can edit the sensitivity?

Am I the only person who prefers heavier mice for accuracy?
My friends all make fun of me for owning the g502X especially when i talk about it no longer having the mouse weights to make it heavier, they tell me to sell it and get an ultralight, which i don't want to because i like the weight (and it has the cool millennium falcon/rebel design on it)

I've always found heavier mice to increase my ability to aim and keep my mouse steady, especially since I use my full arm aim.

So double tapping my FN key changes the number row to being the f1-f12 keys.
But upon installing signal RGB, It overrides this functionality unless my keyboard is connected BEFORE signalRGB opens.

It has a startup effect, and if signalRGB is already open while my keyboard is starting, SignalRGB cuts the startup effect short, causing none of the functions to work, and even the pairing light/Caps lock light never activates, once I close signalRGB the startup effect continues from halfway and My function keys work again even after opening signal RGB and it taking control of the lights.

Is there a way to delay signalRGB from connecting immediately? Or allow it to not over-ride my keyboard's functions?

I've also tried checking the QMK documentation for drivers, but they only have drivers for the YunziiAL 68% not the yunziiAL 71%

I promised my 11Y/o (developmentally challenged) brother that if he went to bed early, I'd get him a batman game for the switch, I'm now looking and finding out there is NO child appropriate batman games on the nintendo switch.
How is this possible, what happened to the lego batman series, or DC super heroes?

I’ve tried so many times to play standard, but my battleship gets targeted by everyone instantly, I’ll see at least 3 ships worth of torpedos coming at me meanwhile every battleship seemingly targets me, I don’t understand it.

I’ve been playing valorant, and I uncapped my fps so I have better latency (at about 320 fps I get 10ms of latency)
but as soon as I switch to borderless windowed, my fps drops down to my refresh rate at 180fps and I get 25-30ms of latency.

This is getting really annoying as I can’t navigate my dual monitors well at all in full screen, but it’s the only way for Valorant to perform at its max.

It seems windows is forcing V-sync on windowed games, how can I disable this?

Borderless windowed mode is for some reason capping my fps to my monitor's refresh rate and doubling my latency from 10ms to 20ms in games like Valorant, Siege, even minecraft.

In game I get about 400+ FPS, but as soon as I go borderless windowed it causes it to cap at 180.

I really don't want to switch back to exclusive fullscreen due to having two monitors, most games hitch for a second and then dissapear when trying to navigate my second monitor in fullscreen.

valorant booted me for not having HCVI on It's been on for ages and I've been playing valorant for ages

So I checked my BIOS, disabled secure boot, and SVM and then re-enabled it, And now my PC will not boot unless secure boot is off, my monitor detects a signal, but upon pressing the power, everything blips off meaning it's not actually posting, CSM is confirmed off.

I can't for the life of me figure out whats going on, could something have fried on my MOBO that allows secure boot?

I've tried resetting the keys to default, using default mode, and custom mode, but simply as long as secure boot is on, it won't boot to windows.

Seemingly they block almost any non essential website, even my work websites won’t load.

Any online game loads but subsequently times out because the ping registers as 5000+

The instant I activate a VPN I lose 75% of the internet speed BUT everything works perfectly, I get ~20 ping in games and can access any website at will.

I’ve never been able to find anyone else with this issue, and as it’s the landlords router I can’t mess with the settings at all.

The only problem with this is that VPN’s don’t exist on consoles, and so consoles still can’t do anything related to online play.
But they can download games perfectly fine.
