Best solution for 5K dual-mode monitor?

So, I'm going to buy new 5K dual-mode monitor, which will be the 27" LG 27GM950B. I'm going to use 5K for desktop use and 1440p for most of the games. There comes the question: which solution is going to be the best from the technical point of view and give me best picture quality at 1440p?

  1. Use dual mode feature and switch to 1440p
  2. Keep native 5K resolution and switch resolution manually in-game to 1440p
  3. Keep native 5K resolution AND 5K in-game and use DLSS Performance, which will upscale from 1440p

I know that using dual-mode will give me 330Hz instead of 165, but I don't need that much, 165 is sufficient for me.

I'm leaning towards option 2 since I've heard that this monitor don't utilize integer scaling and 1440p is going to look more blurry than on a native 1440p monitor.

Search bar problem in Full Screen mode (149.0.4022.52)

I always browse in Full Screen mode and after latest update (149.0.4022.52) when i hover my mouse to the top to bring the search/toolbar all three buttons (minimize, maximize, close) are gone with only close button being "partially visible and clickable" and misaligned. All flags on default and it happens all the time.
