Playfull treats recommendations?.

I bought a load of treats but Lana goes through them in seconds.

I don't want to give her a bone as obviously she could choke as greedy. What treats could I buy in the UK which can be more of a challenge and last longer.

I want to train her better but the usual generic treats ain't the best. The pow ones last a bit longer but even them are gone quick.lol.

Why is my Samsung A15 so slow on WiFi?

What can I change in my settings to make my phone quicker please?.

It's really doing my head in now.

When using normal mobile data my phone is pretty fast but when I use WiFi pages and video take a while, even though doing a speed test I'm running at 150mgbps.

There is something stopping the speed and tried everything. Even plugging straight into the router via the yellow connection.

Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

Pip extension is this right?.

Got a text message earlier and tried to call pip but couldn't get through.

Text said a decision made to extend until 2031, my review isn't until 2027. Is this correct as seems legit as from the usual source.

Try the metrolink pub crawl?

On the Bury to Manchester line I think there are 11 stops each with a pub within about half a mile of the stop.

I think I might try this on Saturday for something to do.

Rules are a pint or a shot at each stop.

I'm sure if you go on other lines aswell there will be pubs nearby every stop.

One of my friends said there isn't a pub near bowler vale but there is Cheers bar which is about a 2 minute walk from the station.

Maybe if this takes off we could have a meet up once a month and try other directions.

Why won't my card work in most ATMs in the UK.

Tried quite a few ATMs.

The only place I could withdraw cash was at the major Lloyds bank ATM which is 2 miles away so it's inconvenient.

Why is this as I thought skrill card would be accepted anywhere in the UK.

Do you miss the pub culture of years past?

It's changed so much in my lifetime.

Myself and my friends lived for the pubs and clubs. We couldn't wait for Fridays to finish work early and get right into the pub. Then it was mostly all weekend upto Sunday night.

It's changed so much now around North Manchester, within a 3 miles radius there was over 180 pubs and clubs. Now only around 25 remain open.

I feel like my grandad now, when he used to tell us stories of times past.lol.

I miss it personally but I get it's a different way of living these days

Why don't all Greggs sell the tandori chicken sub?.

It's a fantastic sandwich and unless I go early my local greggs sells out.

Also Uber eats never have them listed.

I don't know why as for myself it's the best item on the menu.

Struggling with our rescue English bulldog

Had her a week and ok the first day.

Then terrible behavior, constantly growing at me and humping constantly. When I push her off she tried to bite.

I'm giving her time as a rescue and she was badly mistreated so maybe remembers. But im struggling.

She was basically starved so I know why she is greedy, isn't all bulldogs. But she is demanding food constantly. I ignore her but she just storms at me and clawys bad. My arms and legs are full of scratches.

She poops in the house even in front of me, even though I'm taking her out 3 times a day. The positive is she is great on the lead and calm when outside. The pooping I haven't a clue what to do.

I'm experiencing with dogs as had 5 boxers previously and a male bulldog who was completely different. But I'm now approaching 60 and recovered from cancer last year, so my strength isn't what it was. I'm now retired and my Mrs works it was her idea to get the dog. She just says be patient and it will work out. Let's hope she is right as a lovely dog and deserves the best.

What can the pleasure beach do to attract numbers again?.

I remember in the 90s, it was packed everyday during the 6 weeks holiday.

Went in last Monday and Tuesday. It was dead, most of the rides was walk on.

Looked at the figures,,most days during the week it runs at between 20/30% capacity and only really busy at weekends.

Surely they need to go back to free entry and pay on rides. Its much easier these days with contactless payments.

With the figures at the moment it cannot be making big profits.

New rescue bulldog?

Picked her up yesterday.

She is only 2 but the poor girl has been miss treated so very thin.

Told to feed 3 times a day, what's the best time for the last feed?. Fed at 7am and 3pm.

Plus after eating how long before going on her last walk?.

Also she is full of energy and just won't lie down, been playing ball for 2 hours today and still not tired.

It's surprising as I had a bulldog 20 years ago who was supremely lazy and slept 18 hours a day, plus hated going for walks.

Plus last thing, which seems strange, she humps my leg.lol. strange as a girl.

Picking up our new rescue bulldog, advice?.

Thanks for having me here.

I have owned 6 boxers previously, but read a story about a neglected Bulldog broke our hearts.

We our picking her up on Saturday and she is going to be a great addition to our family. We was going to get another Boxer puppy but decided this lady deserves a chance in life. She is 3. Like I say previously neglected but the pound has kept her for 3 months and done a great job. She is still a little timid but understandable. Looking on food advice etc. Was going to start her on kibble. Or the cans of hero from Asda, but I think kibble is better.

Nice to see blackpool busy

Come over for the weekend for the darts.

Stayed at the boulevard which was ok but not worth £350 a night, I actually prefer the Doric.

But great to see Blackpool so busy. We see all the negative vids but none of that this weekend, just lots of family's having a great time.
