I’ve listened to his music for 11 years, since deadroses, I don’t really get some of the songs (I am not a guy so I don’t get the perspective) but i genuinely relate to his music so much, heavy on the songs like FUILU, clown, smile again, double, deadroses and just basicly everything on ILM,

I may be young but definitely his music has made a positive influence on my life he’s genuinely probably shaped me as a person without knowing it. I have gone thru some of the same stuff he has and I really love how honest and raw he is and genuinely my dream would for him to make a concert close to me

I think his music has helped my mental state honestly just listening to something so close to how I felt and I respect him sm. And cannot wait for the new drop

I’m a Mexican/asian/spanish f16 but white passing, and I work as a carpenter for high school, I need work boots, my mom told me I can’t get them because I’m not black, I wasn’t even thinking about it like that I just wanted some nice work boots that look nice and are durable.

I didn’t know it would be culture appreciation if I wore them, idk it’s just annoying because to me at least it’s just work boots.

For context I’m doing a carpentry program in high school all four years already have osha and nccer certifications and I’m moving onto my next year, I’m wondering if me being a woman is going to be an issue

I’m very intelligent so I hope that will help in some shape or form but physically woman are less strong and have less endurance so I hope that’s not an issue

I also don’t know if I will face discrimination since I assume most
of the others will be guys, and I don’t know if it will be harder to form friendships and bonds with them because of the fact I’m a girl

I’ll be doing the same stuff they are, doing projects building houses, etc

Advice from women in construction or men who’ve worked with women?
