Is there a way to download all voicememos from the cloud back to local iphone storage and remove it from the cloud?

All my voicememos from my phone are now in iCloud. I've been instructed to restore my iphone and not to set it up with backup to fix what has called a software issue. Which is fine however after i set it up from scratch, is there a way to get the voicememos back to only local storage? I don't need or want to continue paying for icloud storage Similarly to how in photos theres a way to download all the icloud photos and remove them from the cloud.
I have an iPhone 16 running iOS 26.5

future cs student here looking at different laptops and wondering if anyone with knowledge about the intel x7 358h pantherlake could help out here?

All the incredibly premium priced laptops including xps14, surfacelaptop 8 business, lenovo thinkpad x1c, framework 13 pro, all limit the power of the cpu. If i'm spending the money, i'd rather get a dgpu incase of ai work, or crazy good quality, or at least the strongest cpu I can. this is for computerscience undergrad if that helps. I'm open to other suggestions (not mac).
I'm also looking at the zephyrus g14 from last year with the ryzen9 hx370, and rtx5070 ti which has a max wattage of 120w. it has 8 hours max batterylife with the dgpu off which is way less than those intel x7 ones, and though the ryzen9 hx370 has less cores than the newer ones, its fed way more power. The laptop seems to have quality ctrl issues it seems. but similarly premium keyboard and metal quality

Is the g14 a bad option to consider? everyone on here with anything from the 2020 to the 2026 seem to get blackscreens, and people casually suggest just "waiting a few days"

Is it really that unreliable? that's not nearly worth the pricetag if so.

I’m a completely blind high school student looking to purchase a laptop for my computer science degree, and after dozens of hours of research, every laptop that I start to like, I immediately start seeing the most radically opposing reviews

Anyone who's more hardware savvy willing to help out with their toosense?
I have gathered options based on my priorities of good build quality, strong cpu performance, good keyboard, running Windows, and enough gpu power if/when i do need to take some ML course down the line. I do require it to be windows not MacOS. Considering how much i'm spending, i would rather go for something newer rather than older. 2025 or later, intel's ultra9 / ryzen9 / x2e extreme or later. ultra series 3 only, and amd's zen5 with ryzen9 series 3 or later.
Please DM if you're willing. I'd be happy to share more info and my current list.

Is the 2025 g14 amd a good buy? Without dgpu can i get 8-10 hours of coding on it? also how is its fan noise and durability?

Should I get the 2025 one with the 5070 ti or wait til next year and hope this year's 5070 ti loses a few hundred in value? Currently I can afford up to this year's with the u9 386h with the 5060, cad), or last year's with the 5070, amd ryzen9 hx370, same ddr5 ram and storage for cad $3300.
I do not game, want a nice macbook feeling machine, with mac level durability and a nice keyboard. display quality is not important to me.
I do care about having a quiet enough machine for university when in cafes or lecture halls for my computerscience degree begining next year, and i'd only have the dgpu on when on a charger and only for ml work if i do that in a few years.

I'm a Canadian national wanting to buy a 2026 or 2025 zephyrus g14 model. are microcenters deals that much better than anywhere else? if so how reliable are their delivery windows if i ship it to a friend's place down south?

For computerscience, should I get the HP omni book 7 14in 2026 with ryzen 9 465hx and 64 gb ram, or zephyrus g14 2025 32 gb ram, ryzen9 hx370 and 5070 ti?

other contenders are g14 2026 with 5060 and 32 gb ram, or zenbook s14 2026.

2025 g14 with hx370 and 5070 ti or 2026 g14 with u9 386h and 5060, for computerscience students who do heavy coding, streaming shows, listening to music, no gaming, some local llm work

both are the same price currently. Same ram and ssd storage.

Considering the sl8 with intel core x7 358h cpu for COMPUTERSACIENCE work

But wtf is this price? theres no major reviews on it at all, its WAY more than what i'm getting a xps14 for, or prestige 14 flip for with the same cpu ram and probably build quality. Have microsoft gone crazy or am I missing something about these laptops? I loved surface laptop every time i saw it last year but these new ones seem way too low hype and high priced.

I hear Thinkpads are the gold standard for windows pcs for heavy work and build quality + longevity. Any suggestions for a cs student with a budget of cad $4000 (usd $2800)?

If I'm paying sm i'd prefer that it have a very strong ultra 9 series 3 or at least series 2 cpu, or amd's equivalent. A gpu is a added touch if it has great cooling doesn't increase the weight of the laptop by like 50 lbs. Most important things are performance, keyboard and body build quality, batterylife, and speakers. I am looking at other options from other brands too like asus's zenbook s14 or zephyrus g14. I also heard new snapdragon is great and cheep, like the a16 with 48 gb unified ram which is good for all ml work i might do (not too much), and i don't game anyway. That one is just $1700 currently (usd).

with a budget of usd $2800 what is the best laptop from Asus for computerscience students, who value longevity, performance, batterylife, and gpu performance for local llm work

I'm currently considering a few that i found on my own like the zenbook s14 but am a bit confused by its lack of major outlet coverage this year, the a16 if i can confirm snapdragon laptops are reliable, the zephyrus g14 2026 if i want a after all and its price is competitive, or a msi prestige 16 flip.
I'm open to people's stions here. I do prefer that the cpu be from intel's ultra 9 series 2 or 3, or their new x7 358h cpu, or amd's ryzen equivalents. Snapdragon is ofc promising but I think the a16 is the only one asus offers with the x2e extreme anyway.

With a large budget of $ $2800, what is the best lenovo laptop for computerscience work?

I'm looking at models like asus's zenbook s14, zephyrus g14 if i want a gpu for ml development, or the with snapdragon. But I know lenovo has the best buildquality by far and are known for good keyboards too. I'm looking for 14 inch preferibly. 32 gb ddr5 ram, either intel's ultra 9 cpu from last year series2 or this year's series 3, or amd's equivalents. I also consider the intel core x7 358h with their new arc b390 gpu.

Why is the s14 on such a crazy discount and also why are there no reviews

I'm not an expert on laptops but I thought the S series was their flagship kinda like the dell xps? That's how it seemed last year and when i go to stores. I see the zenbook S14 with the ultra9 386h cpu for us$1699. Is it still a good buy? I expected reviewers like Just Josh and cnet to have a piece on it but haven't seen much.

Why is there no talk of the prestige 14-16 or 16 flip 2026?

I was thinking about buying one but can barely find any reviews or excitement around it like i have seen with others with the x7 cpu.

wondering how powerful and capible a ryzen9 hx370 is compared to pantherlake cpus?

And how long it will be a good cpu for moving forward.

g14 2025 what are its thermals and powercaps tdp on the hx370 cpu when on battery? how much batterylife?

Currently the 2025 g14 with a 5060 and 32 gb ram is the same price as a new xps14 2026. I wanted to see how both perform. I'd assume the xps14 performs better with 16 cores and newer arcitecture but i'm not sure. Specifically on power.
Lots other things to like about it though, like the build quality on both of these systems. But i know thermals on this gaming laptop and the xps will be different too.
Also hows batterylife on whichever mode i'm talking about with the gpu not too powered? how much before the cpu is throddled?

3: cpu: New Intel core ultra X7 358h cpu with new 12 z core igpu arc b390. NPU: 50 TOPS
4: Cpu: Snapdragon X2E extreme 48 gb ddr5 unified ram, 18 core cpu with 18 threads. Gpu: qualcom's IGPU. us: 80 TOPS
