Foud this set of 4 Chromcraft chairs for $19.99.
I’m pretty sure that this is the set that sold at the Vintage Grind House in Chicago.
Anyone know if they are actual Vladimir Kagan or not?
My guess is probably not, but worth the ask. Maybe someone knows more?
They just needed a little wipe down and good as new! Pretty happy with them.😊

Open house question
We had an open house yesterday.. I texted our realtor Friday morning asking why nothing about it is posted online yet? She said it will be. Saturday morning(day of OH) comes and still nothing online. I text again and she finally posts it.
My question is: why wait till day of to post? Don’t you want it to be visible at least couple days before so people that are interested can plan on stopping by?

How long did it take for you to sell?
For anyone who sold their house recently. How long did it take to get an offer and how many showings did you have?
We listed only couple days ago; have good views on and lots of saves on Zillow. But it is the weekend and no showings yet. Little worrisome.

Advise/ are we doing something wrong?
We are currently contingent on selling our house.
We listed our house on Wednesday, so 2 days on the market. Has 1017 view and 49 saves. Very reasonably priced for our area, but no one is coming out to look at it??! The weekend is tomorrow and still no showing requests.
What are the chances we’re gonna sell in time?🫣
