Every cabinet, drawer, shelf etc that I put them in they seem to go bad so quickly. I end up buying a bag using it once and then throw the rest away next time I need potatoes.

Like events at a restaurant or community events. I know that it must save them money but they all just look the same & are too busy IMO.

I’ve only listened to some previews of books. Having trouble picking one to commit to! I find the narrators distracting sometimes. Does this just take some getting use to?

Edit: I am down to try anything except horror.

What does maintaining friendships with other women look like for you? When you have a busy life and/or kids.

I’m lost. It’s basically just me and my husband. I am very lucky and feel like I married my best friend. But I do feel like I’m missing out on friendships with other women.

My sister and I are close in age and have always considered each other best friends but she is (unintentionally) a bad friend. She’s a wonderful person but not good at keeping up with friends (texts/calls), cancels or forgets plans, etc. if something serious is going on she will be there guaranteed like I said she’s wonderful but also we go weeks without speaking mostly because she doesn’t respond and definitely almost never reaches out first. I am out of sight out of mind.

The point of allll this is to say.. should I branch out and where do I look? I don’t want to bring all this up to her because like I said I know it’s not intentional (ADHD). And also it’s not her responsibility to be my only friend anyway. So I’m thinking I need to try and make new friends or find an outlet that’s not my sister or my husband. Maybe I’m entirely overthinking this and need to just get a journal or something!

I know after having kids people are busy with their own lives for sure. So again what does maintaining friendships with other women look like for you?

Hello, I am not a foster parent. I want to give back to my local community. I see that we have a foster services agency in my county and I’m going to call to see what they need donated.

For me Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has to be way way up there. The scene where the dinosaur 🦕 is stuck on the doomed island that’s rapidly falling apart. It stands alone and lets out a sad call as the humans narrowly escape.

Never again. I cannot watch that scene again.
