I understand why this wouldn’t work for a landlord removing a tenant who overstayed, but for people coming home from vacation and finding a squatter why can’t they just physically remove the squatter to get them to leave and then just tell police they (the homeowner) were the victim of a home invasion. Wouldn’t this get the police to side with the homeowner and arrest the squatter?
Not condoning violence, just curious why people don’t do that
In summary what I’m asking is: why can’t you call police and scream for help because someone is actively breaking into our home? Then the police would respond as if it is a robbery in progress and be more aggressive with removing the squatter
I’m talking about the kind of safety similar to what Glock, FN, S&W, etc have where you basically pull like a mini trigger that that allows you to pull the actual trigger.
This would probably help reduce those negligent, discharges, and make the gun better right?
