It's just bombed with bad reviews on Amazon, I personally have read half of it but it's all filled with exercises. I wonder if anyone here has actually tried any of it's exercises and experienced a change in their lives

I'm skilled in MMA, 1 or 2 punches would knock most people out. I'm also purple belt in jiu jitsu so I can win on the ground if needed.
