Can't wait to get out of this place

Recently moved out here. The fucking traffic and infrastructure here is a clown show. My annoyance turned to hate when I experienced that joke of a drive through at innout

Fatigue

Recently switched gyms and this gym has really nice infrared saunas and cold plunges.

I've used a traditional sauna for years up until early last week.

May be a coincidence but these new saunas are around 140f and I stay in them for about 30 minutes every other day. This was my routine with the traditional sauna at 200F.

Right when I started using these new infrared saunas my energy feels zapped and I'm having gut issues.

Again, may be a coincidence, but is infrared something you can't just start doing 30min sessions with? Since it penetrates the skin and is different from traditional?

I'm trying to look at everything I'm doing to try and pinpoint the fatigue and gut issues I started having 2 weeks ago, or it may just be a bug I'm fighting.

Is all customer service AI with verizon now???

The costumer service has been terrible ever since I've had verizon. But I swear after getting past that awful AI bot, when it transferred me to a "live rep" I swear I was talking to another AI. That rep was fishy as hell.

All of the pirates are too clean

Anyone notice that? Perfect teeth, in shape, healthy, good hygiene. ACBF's pirates look more like Hollywood actors in costume than actual pirates.

Even at the very start of the game Spanish soldiers and even Woodes comment on Edward's appearance like he's some rough unkempt guy like he doesn't look like Marvel Thor's cousin.

I guess I never really noticed the pirates looking out of place in the original due to the original art style the pirates looked dirtier, Edward looked more rough. So did Thatch and friends.

The new visuals just look too clean. There have been mentions of the game having a soulless vibe. I think that's it. It's too clean.

I hate that I can't sleep in

Aside from the gym, my main job, and my side gigs every day of the week besides one I go to sleep around 9pm-10pm and wake up at 4:30am to make it to the gym.

One day I have to go to bed late and sleep in. But I always naturally wake up after 6.5-7 hours of sleep without fail and I cannot go back to sleep. I don't even need an alarm during the week.

Since I get less than 8 hours I just want to catch up on sleep that one day, but I'm maybe able to one week out of the month.

Fidelity mode on base Ps5 feels unusually smooth.

If you've been mainly playing the game on performance, try Fidelity. When you first switch it the game does jitter, then after a few minutes it smooths out and honestly doesn't even feel like 30fps.

Just a nit pick - eagle vision + marking

One thing that came out of the RPG era that I did like was how they handled the eagle vision and marking enemies.

They should've recycled that for BFr imo. It just feels kinda off to be able to enter eagle vision, and then mark every enemy regardless if they're in your direct field of view or not. Like it feels like a cheat/hack.

And I get it, science fiction Animus and all that, but they scrapped the modern day and I think everything should've been condensed to the setting as possible.

An easy fix could've been a bald eagle from the Americas. Couldve been an interesting alright Easter egg symbolizing Edward's grandson.

Or pets could've been trained and used in the same way for marking, would've been cool to play as a monkey marking enemies could've brought some new vamped mechanics from Outlaws.

What are some good remote side gig health IT positions?

I have a few different Epic principal trainer certs, a training build cert, go-live and ongoing support experience as a health informaticist for both Hyperspace and Cerner's Powerchart.

I applied to Nordic, some general AI training positions

Any other ideas? Looking for something that's around 24 hours/wk in the evenings after my main Health informaticist job from 8-5

The shill badge

Notice how every single account just constantly talking shit has this badge? Not all, a lot of passionate legitimate apes, but I'd argue that 99% of the users in this sub with this badge are bots and shills and I hope y'all are reporting all of your contributions to the meltdown and bets subs mods.

I would hate for Shitadel's Q2 shilling budget used to hire these PR&Marketing firms who run these bots and shills to be off.

GME

Edit: Well, it's been fun, shills. Apes, feel free to use this post as a honeypot to block accounts feeling the need to attack.

Edit: Look up "astroturfing" and then look up the biggest Public Relations firms in the U.S., then from there look up which firms would most likely be used by financial institutions and Wall Street.

Red attacks are trash

As the game goes on, they're just cheap. Makes most enemies completely unenjoyable to fight, especially sentry droids.

This is my first playthrough, and I am playing on the grand master difficulty. I think I'm near the end, I'm at the control tower past those stupid waves that took me a couple tries.

The game really isnt difficult, but there's so much with the enemy design that is just complete garbage.

Is it me or do these rewards programs suck?

You get barely anything from them. It's like for every $100 you get maybe $6 of value. I should've downloaded the apps a long time ago, from how people spoke about them it sounds like they use to be essential.

Complaint about Survivor

Unless I'm not doing something right. For me, the combat doesn't flow well. My preferred stances are duel wield and staff, switching between the two feels awful.

I know I can switch out stances, but out of all of them those two just suit my playstyle the most. Staff is great with dps and duel is great for 1v1s with the parry cancels, but they could've done so much more with duel. Having to pause to initiate a longer combo feels terrible. That stance just feels half-assed.

Then there are the enemies. I hate how any enemy can control a fight against a Jedi with a lightsaber. Stormtroopers have an unblockable, like what? Enemies can spam red attacks and I feel like I have to wait my turn. Sure, with mini-bosses and bosses, I have to wait for my turn, that makes sense. But like regularass enemies shouldn't be commanding a fight.

Sekiro is my favorite souls and red attacks or any other unblockable had a specific counter. You felt in command of every fight you could counter everything. I don't feel that way in Survivor.

Anyone else just receive a text for 2FA?

I just got one, someone has my info to request a password reset. I just reset my PW. On the phone now waiting for a rep, but the wait is at least 35 minutes. Unusually high from my experience, curious if many people all just received an unsolicited 2FA request

What Laufey's design should e been closer to make sense.

Her design just looks like your average mom, but she's fighting Gods so brutally her battles change the landscape. In no way does she even look close to being capable of doing that.

Her design is just shit and I'm tired of people pretending it's not to virtue signal.
