Finally 140 lbs but now i am stuck

Have been underweight all my life and I finally decided to make a change but I hit a point where I am not seeing improvement. Last pic is where I started 125 lbs to now 140

I started counting my calories and noticed i wasn't eating enough for my height. I was only eating around 2,000 calories to 2,400 and sometimes skipping meals. I took it up to 3000 calories daily, strictly and in two months or so i went to 140 for the first time. I have to mention I was going to the gym for a year and I realized it is pointless if a

I am not eating. It only worked to make me stronger but never got big in size.

And despite going up to 140 lbs for the first time i still feel insecure and less attractive, the difference wasn't really that noticeable and I still dont fill my clothes.

I am thinking i will need to elevate my calories from 3k to 3,500 and see where that takes me and I see if the scale go up. But honestly how do I even do that? Eating 3k calories daily is already a challenge now going to 3,500 is too much of a struggle. The day isn't long enough to get all that food in. I am very busy during the day. Not forgetting how expensive is food.

I am a soccer player I stopped playing the amount of games I was. I went down to two games per week.

Any advice is helpful

Should defenders always look to put attackers on offside

Sorry folks I will try my best to make sense as english isn't my main language.

So i recently started playing 11 v 11 from playing 7v7 all my life. I joined a team as a right back and the team we played were sending a lot of trough balls and long passes and that's how they scored the first goal and thats how they were generating dangerous plays against us.

I had to tell one of the center backs defender that he was way back and he was putting the attackers on side instead of looking to put them offside. I said if you're fast and you can reach those balls fine but they were getting beat on speed in the center

He said that we dont always need to play offside and the other center back agreed.

I am obviously here to learn as I am not too experienced in 11v11 but for me it made sense to try to put them off side with those long trough balls they were doing all the entire game .

Emt wage. How much to expect

I am in emt school. Thinking in pursuing paramedic.

How much can I expect to make as an emt in California

And is paramedic a huge difference in comparison to emt?

I serve at a restaurant and make around 1800$ every two weeks. I end up with around 1500$ after taxes

Which fot those who live in. CA know thay making 1500 each paycheck is definitely a struggle to live

I am almost 30 living with a roommate

I dont know if paramedic being my objective will give me better life quality in CA. But I unfortunately didnt choose a career for the money but somethig that I felt passionate about. But regardless money is very important

Finally figure out how to gain weight and what the problem was

This is a post for those who say they can't gain weight and no matter what you do you dont gain. When people tell you al you gotta do is "eat more" thats literally all you have to do. All my life I was underweight, stuck at the same weight for years 125-128 lbs. Not even reached 130. I thought i ate a lot but BS I didn't. I counted my calories for a week and noticed I was only eating 2000 to 2500 calories. That plus my daily activities and sports. I decided to for a month eat like my life depended on it lol and started eating 3000 calories every single day, 2800 calories being the minimum, and I did that for a little over a month strictly and the scale went up to 138 lbs. First time I reached this number. There were some days where i was very busy and I couldn't get all the 3000 calories in but mostly all days i completed the goal. It has been very difficult after years of only eating 2000 calories.

And i know that I am still very skinny and I look bad but I am proud of the small progress i have made. I am most happy that I figured what the problem was. I went to TDEE CALCULATOR website and looked up what my maitainance calories were and what I needed to actually gain weight. That plus with the use of a calorie counting app I was able to reach from 125 lbs to 138 lbs in just a little over a month. It is important that you know your maintain calorie number so you can add a few more calories to that and see how much more you need to eat.

Again like i I said I am still very skinny but it is only around 12 lbs difference. Maybe when I reach 150 lbs that's when I will finally feel and look normal. But now I know what to do.

I know it is very frustrsting being underweigt and wanted to share this with people in the same situation. If i can help ask me

How many calories over my maintenance exactly i should be eating to see results?

As you see i am very skinny. I have always been and it is affecting my mental health. I decided to do somethign about it . I have been in the gym for almost a year with no results. I counted my calories and i was only eating around 2000 - 2500 calories on a good day barely my maintanance.

Now it has been a week of consistency eating "good" and counting calories and i am eating now 2,800 - 3000 calories but not gonna lie it has been difficult.

I cant afford a nutriologist right now so i am getting mixed answers online on how many calories i should go above my maintenance to actually gain weight because i really need to, my pants fall down and dont fill my clothes in general.

I am 130 lbs i have been this weight sinnce hs. I am late 20s

Anyone here 5'10 ? Also please do i look skinny sick ? O get a lot of hate for my body. 😮‍💨

Motorol razr screen went black. Best way to get it fixed ?

Screen didnt break or Crack. The screen got a sort of ink in the middle and then started spreading until the entire screen went black. The one year warranty expired and now I am stuck with the useless phone. I went to the mall where you find those fix phones stalls and they guy told me he charged me like 400 dlrs and told me to just buy a new one. Which makes sense. But is it really that much to get it fixed?

I payed 1,200 $ for it 😪

The phone is basically new there must be a way to save it and not need to pay almost half the price of a new one. And dont have money to pay a brand new one

Strugglign to gain weight. This is how I would look if i gained a few pounds. Let it be muscle or fat. I really dont care, just want to gain :(

I have always weighted 130 lbs literally. So I dont know how I would look if I had a few lbs on. So i used intelegence. I look so much better my fore arms look bigger 😍

First pic is muscle gain second picture is non muscle gain

Pictures on the left is reality . How far am I from reaching that weight ? And how to get there? I have been in the gym almost a year and this is how far I have gone and it's not good progress I am still underweight at 5'10 133 lbs

I honestly dont care if I am muscular or not I just dont want to be skinny. Do i look anorexic in the real picture? Left. I am mainly hating myself right now

One year in the gym and I weight pretty much the same

I turned one year in the gym. Not super consistent but, but i didn't stop. At least 3 days a week.

If I am not wrong , first pic was 130lbs . I came back from the gym and i weight myself , the scale said 133 lbs .

It was a waist of money. Besides gaining a little confidence in putting myself out there and being able now to wear short sleeve now and shorts. But other than that I weight the F same.

I feel like a i see a difference in progress but when I weighted myself and saw just 3 lbs difference i felt disappointed and perhaps there is no difference. The scale doesn't lie unfortunately

Just want to get it off my chest and say F my body and F food . Being skinny is not fun. I have to eat more but just wan to live a normal life without having to worry how much I eat per day and how many calories I had and all that bs

Does this look good for a tall skinny underweight body

As you see, I am very skinny nearly underweight and i am trying to figure out what can look good on me

For some reason i dont feel comfortable in the blue jeans. The gray ones feel a bit better but still not convinced as my legs look very skinny. And the pants are not even a skinny fit, my legs are just skinny. Not much i can do about it right now i guess besides gaininf weight but that has been difficult

I kinda like the jacket and shirt but i am not sure what pants to match it with. I really hate how scrawny i look on everything

Thanks

What pants to wear being underweight skinny?

I can't gain weight and I have trouble finding clothes to feel comfortable and confident specially jeans/pants . I always go slim fit pants, but I feel it makes my legs look very skinny. I use 28×32 and barely any stores have my size.

Those pants in the pics are slim fit chinos. I dont want to use baggy pants as I think I will look too skinny as well :(

Those pants in the last picture the model picture those are straight jeans. Would i look good in those if I am very skinny?

I am 5'10 130 lbs for reference

The blue shirt and brown pants are my work uniform I have to use them no matter what. And pls ignore the wrinkles I know they're wrinkled. Just wore them for the pics

Thanks really need yo know will fit my body
