To fibre or not to fibre? 🤔
I’ve been having a lot of diarrhea lately, unfortunately have had too much processed food in the last week.
Wondering if fibre is good in this case? Or will it make it worse? And which kind of fibre is best?
Plz help, I am so tired of this 😭

Is it just me or do both Lays and Old Dutch plain flavours taste bad now?
I started noticing the Lays plain flavour (both regular and wavy) starting to taste like off-oil like 6+ months ago, so I recently switched to Old Dutch wavy and I’m starting to notice the same thing. It’s like all I can taste is oil and it tastes weird. And the salt levels are so imbalanced, like some chips aren’t salty at all and then some chips are so salty my tongue starts to burn after a few of them.
Are my tastebuds just totally off? Or are others noticing this too?

Carma Corp electricity rate going up every 2 months?
Noticed that the rate on my electric bill with Carma corp is going up steadily every 2 months or so...
December: 0.0846
February: 0.1031
April: 0.1161
June: 0.124
The difference between December and my June bill for very similar usage is from $43 (when we were running a heater, too) to my current bill which is $55. The delivery fees are also more expensive every month.
Anyone else have theirs climbing steadily like this? Is this because of data centres, or just inflation in general?? It seems insane to me, there's just two of us in our small apartment and we barely have anything running at all during the day (no one is even home between like 7:30am and 5pm), and at night our activity hasn't changed at all. A laptop or two running, one or two lights, and a fan.
Last July we'd been running the AC constantly for weeks and the bill was around what it is for this month, which was a whole lot of nothing. Like I get that utility bills go up, but this seems like a very fast rise over the last 6 months or so, way faster than the past several years we've been with them

They’re probably fine, but… just in case
Are sugar snap peas safe to eat when they have these light/white markings on them? I’m assuming they’re from abrasion and the skin breaking but not sure if they’re the first sign of going bad or something? Also the ones that are getting brown look a bit weird.
TBH I would probably use these without hesitation if I was cooking them, but since I’m eating them raw I just wanted to check.

I’ve recently started experimenting with this technique (alcohol markers first then pencil crayons on top) and I love it! It’s really fun. I’m not too happy with how the snail’s body turned out but I love the shell and the greenery.
