Hardly did anything but I love it more!
Flamingo at a zoo!

Flamingo at a zoo!
Finally developed a roll I shot a few pics of the coast in June with. The forests and bays are magical! <3 the Suislaw area
The seal is one of my favorite instant photos now!
Poulsbo is a Hallmark Movie town with delicious food, amazing views, great weather, and great wildlife photo opportunities! We just spent the week there, thanks for having us!!
My bangin taco for lunch
My mom (60’s) won’t stop using AI and sending it to me (27)
On Mother’s Day I asked her how she was spending her day and she said she was going to be using her AI to plan my birthday that was soon. I asked her to please not include AI in my birthday as this had been a multi month problem. I have been asking her to not include me in her AI (psychosis) and to not say anything about it to me.
My birthday came and I received a AI generated art glued to a piece of paper with AI generated words inside.
Idek why I’m still talking to her.
Today I update her on how a cat is doing at my work, and she says he needs wheels under his bed, then she sends an AI generated photo of wheels under his bed.
I’m supposed to drive down and visit her on Thursday and now I really just don’t want to see her.
Idk why I’m posting, I just wanna lay down in a river and zone out. She drives me mad!
Thanks for reading <3 long time lurker first time poster.
I recently answered an ISO for a photographer, and did it free as I’m building my hobbiest portfolio. They loved the package I sent so much they asked me to shoot at an event for their wedding.
I’ve never shot in a dark bar (they know this) and I need a portable flash or light box. What does everyone recommend?
I do NOT have stereotypical cameras, they don’t and won’t connect remotely to a flash so that may make this troublesome. Are there any that I can fire remotely separate from the camera or have on while I shoot? I do have a built in flash but want something high quality for this shoot in a year.
Camera: Kodak PixPro 901 (I’m no professional)
EDIT: I am not a main photographer, they just want to include me, I’m not the only one shooting a once in a lifetime event
I came out to my car on my break only to find someone has donkey kicked it!!! You can nearly tell the brand of the boot they kicked it so hard.
My friend loaned me their scanner so I could get all my shots scanned! Here’s my favorites.
Number 10 was shot on expired film and I got a cool artifact shaped like a feather- on a bird pic!
Number 11 got bent in my pocket and I think the bleed made a generally over exposed pic more interesting.
Shot on an Instax Mini 7+
Please just take them off my hands it’s overwhelming. I’d love some eggs in trade.
Lots of 12 and 18 packs! Happy to give to multiple people if you don’t want them all :)
So! I thought I’d share. Film was completely unmarked besides a hand written “2008” so I’m assuming that’s when it’s from. Picked it up from an antique store (where I source most my expired film).
Shot on a Kodak Ektar h35n, which is a half frame point and shoot camera, I cropped these down to singles.
Get that expired film and hope for the best! At least hope they turn out interesting. Or don’t! And keep shooting modern film. :P More for the rest of us!
I love this bridge camera! Recently went on a tour around the state with my trusty 901 and got some great pics! Landscape or wildlife no problem, no lens to change
The Kodak DC265 Zoom Camera, and… it works!! Can’t wait to share some vintage looking pics someday
Already fixed the bowing at the bottom. Someone just put the bottom back on improperly!
Is this a functional camera? 😅 thanks!! Idk if a video from the back or the front is more useful-
Pentax ME Super Se
Kodak collector who works at a thrift store here, and when this came in I was so excited. Both for utility and hoarding!
Edit: squeal I squelt 😂😭
The film shop owner was doubtful when I brought this in but it came out better than expected. Thrifted, frozen at one point, film from 1994.
My favorite part of 35 mm film is getting a bunch of different trips back at once- after waiting lol
A few years ago there was many bunnies by Cannon beach, around Mo’s. Are they still hopping around? I have a friend visiting who would love to see them but I don’t wanna make the drive if somebody has rounded them up!
I gambled on a cheap One Step and I had a pack of 600 film of unknown date already hoarded away for the day I could shoot it.
When I depress the shutter it makes a noise. The first photo didn’t budge and actually got damaged on the top corner from repeated attempts to eject. I pulled it with tweezers.
The next photo is the following two Polaroids that almost ejected but got jammed in the rollers. They had discoloration at the bottom of the frame.
Do I have bad film or a malfunctioning camera? I’m willing to clean the rollers (how?) and get a new pack of film. Hoping both of those would solve my issue but wanted to ask the internet first!
