Google took away my LOTR extended editions
I bought these in 2022, all of a sudden they aren't available and there is no possibility of a refund or gift card. Hardly seems fair.

I am searching for my first NAS, is a DS925+ good for my use case?
I was looking at Synology NAS options, and according to PlugPC's NAS section (with 4–6 bays filters, the DS925+ seems like the best fit for my use case.
My main goals are:
- Photo backup (mainly from my phone)
- Videogames storage/archive
- Plex server (mostly streaming at home; when traveling I would download movies beforehand rather than transcode remotely)
- Only 2–3 clients, mainly my laptop and a new Android TV
Would the DS925+ be a good choice for this, or are there other Synology models I should consider?

Bought a Seagate Exos 28TB HDD and need advice on what to do with it
Hi everyone,
I recently bought a Seagate Exos 28TB 3.5” SATA HDD and only afterwards realized I can’t just plug it into my laptop like a normal external drive. 😅
After researching a bit, I found out about NAS, DAS, home servers... but I’m not sure what direction makes sense.
My laptop:
- Laptop: ASUS TUF Gaming A16 FA607PI
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX (12 cores / 24 threads)
- RAM: 16 GB DDR5
- Storage: 1 TB NVMe SSD
- GPU: AMD Radeon 610M integrated graphics
- Network: MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921
- Ethernet: None built-in (would use USB Ethernet adapter)
My situation:
- Only have a laptop right now
- Single 28TB enterprise HDD (and 2 additional 1TB hard disks)
- No NAS/server hardware yet
My goals:
- Store a large movie/media library
- Backup important files/photos
What would you recommend?
- Buy a NAS?
- Build a small home server?
- Use a DAS enclosure?
- Is using a single 28TB drive a bad idea?
Any beginner advice is appreciated!

I was sorting some of my playlists, which include titles in Chinese, and I started wondering: what method is used to sort Chinese songs alphabetically?
Since Chinese characters don't have a traditional alphabet, I'm curious how music apps and other software decide the order.

I booked a flight for Georgia for the first week of August but I know very little about this country. What should I except, visit and eat? Any general advice? Thanks a lot!
This is going to be my first solo trip ever!
I'm a 23-year-old guy from Northern Italy. I'll arrive in Yerevan on the evening of August 4th, then head to Georgia around August 8th, before flying back from Tbilisi on the morning of August 14th.
Unfortunately, I don't have much time to visit both countries, but that's the amount of holiday I could manage this year.
Do you have any tips, recommendations or must-see places? I'd really appreciate any advice!

I'm learning arabic for my girlfriend but every time I ask her "Is this the way to pronounce this word?" she tells me "It's an exception". How to study every arabic alphabet exception? There are so many.
For example that in the word سُؤَالٌ you don't pronounce ؤَ. How am I supposed to know if she doesn't tell me? Nobody every mentions these things.
