Zen grey coming?

Does anyone have any idea when if zen grey might be available on the Model 3?

As far as I know its an option on the Y premium outside the US. With the YL in the US now maybe some other options will trickle in, but not sure.

I also wish we got Cherry red here but thats another discussion.

Zen grey coming to model 3?

I saw the new Zen grey trim is available, primarily on the Model Y premium outside the US I believe.

Any idea if when zen grey could come to the 3, or if we could get a cream interior?

Cost estimate? Tree branch fell

Any idea of cost estimate for rear quarter panel, trunk lid, and rear windshield replacement on a 2018 Model 3?

The car is driveable and has no other damage. So i would like to keep it for now I think.

Trying to determine if it could be less than my act of nature deductible at $2000.

Z6III vs Zf or Zr for manual focus primes and small lenses?

I currently shoot an RX1R with a fotodiox grip. Not exactly an ergonomic camera but I find it well balanced.

Im looking to finally move to an ILC camera. Im leaning towards Nikon due to the color science, screen quality, better build and NRaw

Im interested in shooting NRaw video. But realistically probably wont want to deal with the file sizes often. The Zf 10 bit 4:2:0 codec is decent but not par with NRaw footage, especially in lower light.

Mainly Im wondering about the manual focus experience. The Z6III has a higher resolution evf.
Is it the better choice?
Main lenses I want to use:
Voigtlander 35mm APO Lanthar
Voigtlander 40 1.2
Nikon 40mm f2
Meyer Goerlitz Biotar 75mm

Will my hardware work? Best GPU to get?

Im looking at building a new workstation and repurposing my old pc

It has:
Intel 9900
64gb of ram
4070Ti Super

Im thinking of selling the 4070Ti and getting a 9060xt to fit a smaller case, a Ghost S1.

Or could I successfully use the 4070?

Any concerns about the cpu choice?

I dont typically play very demanding games. Mostly I want it as a living room pc to tinker with.

Beagle sitting posture?

Does anyone elses beagle sit in a goofy position like this?
Just curious, Ive heard of sitting posture being an indicator of hip dysplasia and other issues in larger breeds. His gait and stance seem normal otherwise. Hes only 2. Ive noticed he used to sit in even stranger poses as a puppy, as though he were made of rubber lol.

Hierro Trek/Hierro v9 causes pronation?

I got a pair of the Hierro Trek, which is essentially the Hierro v9 with a faux leather upper, a little closer to a hiking boot.

I like the springy feel of the cushion and vibram combo - it seems to have much better energy return than normal Fresh Foam.

I notice that my foot tends to roll inward with these shoes, as though they cause pronation. It feels like the arch and inside collapses. Maybe theyre for people with supination?

Has anyone else experienced this? Any alternative shoes you would recommend? I used to wear Altras but found the quality has nosedived since vanity fair bought them.

Tech blazer recommendations?

What tech fabric blazers would you recommend? Im considering the following:
-Montbell Stretch Travel Jacket
-Beams Water Repellent Tech Blazer
-Snow Peak Air Comfort Blazer
-Muji Water Repellent Blazer

The Muji is way cheaper of course, about 1/3 the price. The others are pretty similar.

Im unsure about sizing but told generally I should wear XL in the Montbell and L should work in the other brands.

Patagonia Spoken Word Blazer?

Does anyone have one of these?
They seem to have been produced around 2005-2007.

Personally I wish Patagonia would consider making travel blazers out of softshell, cotton, or other synthetic materials like Snow Peak and Montbell.
I guess blazers in general are more popular in Japan. I find Patagonia clothing fits me better than most Japanese brands which are either boxy and oversized or very very slim cut.

Any alternative blazers you would recommend by outdoor brands? The only ones I know of are those offered by Montbell and Snowpeak. There's also Nanamica but they're not sold in the US.

Patagonia Spoken Word Blazer?

Does anyone have one of these?
They seem to have been produced around 2005-2007. I see a number of tan ones on ebay for around $1-200.

There are a few navy ones from sellers in Japan going for as much as $1000 which seems absurd. Are they that collectible/rare?

Muji Japan vs US sizing for Men's jackets

I'm looking at getting a used Muji wool jacket from the Labo line.

I wear Uniqlo jackets in this size:

L 75 48.5 60 90.5

The Muji I'm looking at is Japanese large. 73cm Length, 46cm width, 57cm chest with a sleeve length of 60cm. So approx 3cm smaller in all dimensions.

Is it possible the Muji Japan Large will fit me, or do I need XL? The Uniqlo jacket measurements above result in an oversized fit, though the sleeve length is spot on.

Globalworks Japan?

What can you tell me about this brand?
I see a lot of things at good prices on ebay

They appear to be a bit more upscale version of Uniqlo and Muji, maybe a bit like havehad from korea? Not sure what else to compare them to. I guess similar to Banana Republic in the states.

Any thoughts on fit and fabric quality?

Blazer recommendations?

What blazers would you recommend for casual wear?
Im looking for something similar to what Muji and Snow Peak offer in terms of blazers in water repellent tech fabrics or casual blazers similar to what Uniqlo sells. Snow Peak seems better but the sizing is inconsistent.

Also interested in hopsack style cotton blazers, linen, or Sashiko fabric.

I know of a few options but some of them get close to $500+. Im looking to spend $250ish.

The only tech fabric blazers other than Muji Ive found from Japanese brands are from Goldwin or Snow Peak.

Muji vs Uniqlo Blazers?

I have a Uniqlo Wool Blazer I got in Mens size Large US that fits well.
Its specifically a Uniqlo C Wool Knitted Blazer specced as a 41-44inch chest.

Its a boxier cut but I like that I could potentially layer it as an outerwear piece.

Im looking at some other daily wear unstructured blazers in softshell, jersey, and seersucker materials from Muji and Uniqlo.
In general Muji is about $20 more expensive.

Any thoughts on which is better today? My experience with Muji is the fabrics are generally better and more natural feeling and look slightly nicer, but Uniqlo has a bit better tailoring.

Muji vs Snow Peak water repellant stretch blazer?

Comparing these 2 items.
The Snow Peak is probably higher quality technical fabric and seems to have better construction.

But its about $280 vs $75 for the Muji equivalent.
Any thoughts on the Muji blazers? Their cotton basics are good but Im unfamiliar with their outerwear. I usually go to Patagonia for water resistant jackets - they last a long time and breath well.

Blazer sizing thoughts?

I bought a t shirt from Snow Peak in size Large. It fits, but is rather slim, almost like one of my running shirts on me.

Im 5’11 200lbs, 35 inch waist.

For their jackets like the Breathable quick dry blazer or the Flexible Insulated shirt, would you advise sizing up or going XL? Im a Large in Patagonia if that helps.

Lexus UX all EV based on CHR platform?

Do you think it's possible Lexus will release a new UX based on the CHR platform?
I much prefer Lexus trim and interior choices.

I was hoping for a Mazda version of the CHR but that seems very unlikely. The Toyota version is fine, but the interior design isn't my favorite. Lexus typically does something more refined.

With the ES getting an electric version, and the RZ existing similar to the BZ, it seems logical the UX might get a UZ electric, but not sure.

Prius pure EV?

Maybe this has been discussed too much. But I'm wondering if there's any possibility of a pure EV Prius, perhaps using the CHR platform as a basis?

Or alternatively could we ever get a Prius PHEV in AWD, or does the drivetrain not allow for that?
