Salut a tous!

My girlfriend and I are wrapping up our Provence and Cote-Azur holiday tomorrow and she wishes to eat moules frites for dinner tomorrow. I've seen countless places offering them, but I'm unsure what's a tourist trap and what's a decent restaurant.

As far as I know moules are not really in season at the moment which probably makes it harder to find a decent place.

We are not set on a certain area, so whatever recommendations you have for us, we would be very grateful for!

Hi, we are doing a road trip around the area and will be staying in Nice for two nights in a central hotel. I was thinking about parking our car outside the city and use public transport to get to our hotel.

I saw online that in some garages it's not allowed to leave a car for longer than 22h. Is my plan feasible? And how much would it cost for a two night stay? Which garage would you recommend?

Our hotel is in Thiers if that matters. Also sorry if this breaks rule 3, couldn't find a mega thread

ich war Krank und habe mich wieder gesundgemeldet. Normalerweise bekommt man dann innerhalb weniger Stunden seinen neuen Dienstplan. Laut System steht er ab 14:30 zur Verfügung. Ich habe also um 14:30 im System geschaut und keinen neuen Dienst eingetragen bekommen. Habe mich also ausgeloggt in der Annahme keinen weiteren Dienst zu haben.
Ich wurde dann später von einer Kollegin die Zugriff auf meinen Dienstplan hat darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass nun doch ein zusätzlicher Dienst am morgigen Tage eingetragen wurde. Timestamp 14:35 Uhr.

Habe die PV angerufen, der eine sagt nichtig, die andere sagt gültig...

Es gibt dazu eine Betriebsvereinbarung die aber auch keinen wirklichen Aufschluss gibt:

>Bei einer Gesundmeldung bis 12:00 Uhr ist der Folgeplan ab 14:30 Uhr elektronisch abrufbar.

Meine Gesundmeldung erfolgte um 10:09 Uhr. Ich interpretiere die Betriebsvereinbarung so, dass ich um Punkt 14:30 einblick in meinen Dienstplan haben muss und nicht irgendwann ab 14:30, dann könnten die mir ja auch ein paar minuten vor Dienstbeginn noch kommen und sagen "Ja, war ja ab 14:30"

Muss ich morgen zum Dienst erscheinen oder nicht?

Sorry, wenn das ne blöde Frage ist, aber da hier einige Segelflieger sind dachte ich, ich hau sie einfach mal raus.

Jetzt wo die Segelflug-Saison gestartet ist kommt es wieder vermehrt vor, dass auf einmal schlagartig aus dem Nichts ein Segler vor meinem Propeller auftaucht. Grade in fremden Gebieten und bei klaren Himmel ist das oft schwer vorhersehbar und überraschend, gestern hat nicht mal mein flarm Alarm geschlafen. Daher meine Frage wieso Glider nie auf FIS sind? Ich hör die wenn überhaupt nur mal, um sich über ED-Rs zu erkundigen, dann hauen die meisten direkt wieder ab von der Frequenz. Woher kommt das? Im Motorflug die Nutzung der Verkehrsinformationen von FIS ein beliebtes Tool und mit den neuen Transpondercode Verfahren super convenient. Warum wird es dann im Segelflug kaum bis gar nicht genutzt?

Today I flew through a TMZ above a controlled airfield. I put in the Code and frequency to monitor Radar. Halfway into the TMZ, roughly above the airfield I hear the radar controller and someone else on frequency talk about how someone is in the TMZ with the correct Code but not listening to any calls. I thought they may be talking about me but without any call signs I wouldn't know, so I just continued on. After leaving the TMZ, FIS called me and told me that the controller tried to reach me but I didn't answer. I explained that I never got any calls and that I heard them talking about it but that I didn't know they were talking to me.

FIS seemed to be okay with that and didn't confront me any further.

In hindsight I maybe should asked them then and there if they are talking about me but now it's to late. I'm wondering if I should call the ATS unit by phone to see if there's anything they want to talk about in that regard. Do you think I should do that or do you recon this is a non-issue and I shouldn't worry too much?
