Covering bits and bobs in white mesh fits?

Alright, I’m doing stereotypical Angel, Devil and nun fits for a Halloween rave and I picked out my fit for an Angel. However, the bottoms are mesh and I don’t think everyone needs to see my holes so I’m trying to figure out what to put under it to keep my modesty (lol) that wouldn’t look horrible. Any tips would be helpful!

Adderall and AuDHD (just a silly meme I made and good experiences)

My addy for ADHD has been absolutely life changing, my executive function and my day to day is sooo much easier and actually enjoyable now.
However, my autism runs the show while I’m medicated, which isn’t a bad thing! Especially now that I know how to and have the ability to accommodate myself and ask for help when I need it.
Now I just make silly realizations about how much I comment on things and give unsolicited advice on social media lmao.

Don’t make the same mistake as me lol

DO NOT SEND YOUR KID TO SCHOOL WITH THE BENTGO CHILL BOX AND A YETI WATER BOTTLE!!!
Not for the reason you may think though, they’re just both super heavy and it looks like your kid is carrying a bag of rocks lol

I know both of these items are not necessary for school, my kiddo already had both of them because her dad is a rock climber and they’re consistently outside and we just like the products. However, not paired together.

What’s everyone’s favorite postpartum doula certification program?

I currently work in healthcare but I’ve always wanted to try my hand at birth work, who specializes working with the queer and neurodiverse community (I am a queer and neurodiverse parent if that matters). So I’m really wanting something very inclusive and diverse. I live in KCMO and I’m not finding a lot of PP doula training in my area so it’s looking like online would be optimal.
I’m currently looking at DONA but they seem to really nickel and dime you, but there’s an online DONA training program that also does discounts for LGBT members in financial hardship and it includes the required lactation course as well.

Recently rekindled my love for reading with sapphic vampire/sapphic vampire adjacent audiobooks.

I’ve finished 3 audiobooks just the last couple weeks and I just started a new one and wanted to share my recommendations while also looking for some! (or if someone just wants to yap about these, I’d also love that)

So far I’ve read:

• A Dowry of Blood by S.T Gibson
• Hungerstone by Kat Dunn
• Blood on Her Tongue by Johanna Van Veen

Currently reading:
House of Hunger by Alexis Henderson

I tried reading Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by V.E Schwab but I only made it about 70% because the story was getting boring/repetitive even though I was really enjoying it the first half and I really like her other books.

Need ideas for cat skull display! Show me yours and/or the favorites you’ve seen!

I’ve been on a waitlist to get my boys skull preserved professionally with someone local and now finally after 8 months it’s my turn! The rest of his remains will be cremated. However, I could’ve had her do a full memorial/display but its important to me to be as involved as I’m emotionally able to so I want to make his display since he’s my soul cat.

Costco Neighborhood Meeting Kansas City 7/7/2026

This corporation does NOT care about the community. We are about to lose one of the most affordable/accessible businesses we have in KC, as mentioned by everyone who attended the meeting. This is so disappointing, and this presentation was so unbelievably dismissive of the community.

[selfie] First week on tretinoin and my initial thoughts!

I might be crazy but I feel like I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my skin just this week. I feel so soft and glowy. I also have noticed that I have significantly less sebum on my chin and nose. I had a couple comedones pop up but that’s not unusual for me. Also some light flakiness a couple nights in that was taken care of with VERY LIGHT scrubbing with soft wash cloth in the shower. (I use the word scrubbing very loosely because of how soft I am)
I am prone to contact dermatitis and I have very dry skin so I was super nervous about trying it but so far no regrets! I just need to add sunscreen in the mix but I am rarely outside and work 12 hours a day so it’s not urgent + I want to wait to introduce new products to my skin until I have a good idea how tret will effect me

My products that I use are
La Roche Posay oil cleanser
La Roche Posay triple repair moisturizing cream
0.025 tretinoin (3x a week)
Aquaphor

After I wash my face (at night) I’ll put on my moisturizer, let it dry it for 15-20 minutes, apply tret, wait another 15-20 minutes to apply moisturizer again, then about 30 minutes I’ll smooth a thin layer of aquaphor on my face.

I know slugging on tret is a bit controversial but I wanted to give it a go and I have not gotten any irritation so I’m going to continue!

I didn’t feel the tremor.

Restaurant occasionally forgets my milkshake and I panicked when I didn’t see it in the pick up picture lmaoo
But I had a good laugh over this.
(Milkshake was received!)

A year this week since my procedure!

Gender is so weird because since getting top surgery I’ve been much more in touch with my feminine side. Mostly flat but left a little tissue and nipple sparing since I’m nonbinary and felt more comfy stilling looking femme. No scar care since it was a sensory nightmare + I don’t mind having some cool scars. Absolutely no regrets. ☀️

[selfie] first day on tret!

I have pretty dry skin and eyelid eczema. My acne used to be a lot worse (peep last picture) then I finally dumbed my skincare to 2 products about a year ago. La Roche gentle foaming cleansing oil and La Roche triple repair moisturizing cream PM only so I am where I am now.
I’ve been afraid to add Tret to my routine but I’m finally starting it to hopefully help with discoloration and texture and I’m excited to document my journey! I washed, let my face dry, applied tret (lowest percentage), waited 15 minutes, applied moisturizer and added a thin layer of aquaphor for some extra moisture. Next time I use the tret I think I will probably use the sandwich method depending on how my skin reacts. (I’m also a chronic picker but pimple patches help me from picking)

Lunch time and drinks?

Hey all! I have a new kindergartner currently attending summer school and I’m a little curious to see if anyone had the same experiences around lunch time- my daughter has a lot of food aversions but we’re encouraging her to eat at school to help get over them and so far so good. However, she’s been coming home saying the teacher told her she can’t drink her milk with her food and has to wait until after she’s done eating and they are not allowed to have water bottles in the cafeteria. I didn’t think anything of it on day one as I realize they probably encourage this so the kids don’t fill up on milk, so I just told her to drink with her meals as she generally does better eating and drinking at the same time (my mistake for telling her that, and not just it bringing up to the teacher, lesson learned)
She told me she told her teacher I said she needs to drink with her meals and the teacher raised her voice at her saying she couldn’t do that, which is concerning but my informant is obviously a 5 year old, so I didn’t bring that specific part up in the email, just that I’d prefer her to have access to at least her water bottle with meals because she tends to eat better and is more willing to try new foods. I’m not upset with the teacher, but I am genuinely curious to see if others had this experience and maybe any advice!

Drinks during lunchtime at school?

Edit: just want to clarify that I am not accusing the teacher of anything, and I’m not even upset at her. I just want to know if anyone has gone through similar experiences with this situation or any advice!
