Am I writing letters the right way?

I have this little diary where I right song lyrics that I understand directly by ear or the parts of a song that I like to practice handwriting and spellings

Well what else could it be? Big book problem...

I'm 18F and I never knew what my size was all my life until I recently discovered the abrathatfits community. My mom shifted me to bras about 2 years ago. I used to wear braletts before. But what she did wrong was that she gave me hers. She wears a 34B (I measured her and she has been wearing the right size all along) and now that I know my size I'm a 30G which I only recently found out. The thing is I wore the wrong sized bra 1 full year and even after that I bothered to check my size because after losing 1.5kg I lost 2 inches in by bust, underbust and waist measurement and all my existing bras just wouldn't fit me in the band anymore. They would keep riding up but the worst part was the sharp pain in my right shoulder and neck which went to my head and even my right hand's fingers. I still have only 2 bras that don't cause this discomfort and only 1 of them is my actual size.

My mom doesn't really body shame me but constantly teases me that she and I can fit into the same size and that she can wear my clothes. I just hate the fact that if I wear her clothes that are in a little fitting, they look my size because even though we're so different size, I can't fit into xs because of my bust size :(. She once even said " buy something we'd both fit in" in front of a saleswoman in a ship when we buying ready-made clothes as a joke and the saleswoman laughed literally. I just don't like that I always fit in a medium or even large sometimes and she fits into the same category. But she and I are completely different. Because of my bust size I look like a box in straight cut shirts

So apparently I can't even loose weight. Because it results in more problems

What things are popular in girls these days?

I was thinking about making themed tapestry crochet bags but I'm not sure what girls are interested in these days. Kpop? Or like what theme should I make? Like what would sell especially for fan girl type of audience?

Am I doing it right?

I'm 5' 3 and a half inches, was 59kg, now 57.5kg. Have broad Shoudlers for my height. Something in between inverted triangle and hourglass rn.

Last year I started working out consistently. I initially started with planks and core exercises (Russian twists, 90 degree toe taps, different plank variations) then incorporated skipping rope because I always loved to skip rope as a child and wanted to come back to it as an adult. I have a good form in skipping due to childhood muscle memory I guess. Then about two weeks later I switched skipping rope (adding 50skips everyday) with badminton. I'd play badminton in morning (45min session without break - somehow I don't get tired playing it I just love to play it). And then planks etc later in evening. This whole thing went on for about 2 months, I was consistent except sunday which is rest day no matter what. I don't diet I just start eating less of what I usually eat and avoid snacks.

The scale didn't move for the first whole month but I lost 2 inches from underbust, bust and waist. And even after about 2 months I lost only 1.5 kg hence from 59 to 57.5kg. But towards the 3rd mad 4th week of exercising I start becoming hungry like hell. And I did listen to my body and started eating to my fill but didn't overeat.

I couldn't consistent afterwards because of exams and then couldn't come back either. Now after about 6 months I'm back at exercising. I did not bounce back in this break. But this time when I started with planks my Shoudler started hurting really bad. So I left them and I'm now skipping ropes (adding 50 skips everyday) and I dance. Might sound weird but there's this Turkish dance Roman havası and kolbastı. Or any Balkan dance because I find them fun to stick to. And they also make me sweat. I skip rope first and then dance for about 30 mins or 40 mins sometimes. When I feel like I need to take a breath a switch to slow tempo and then back to fast tempo. That's all I've been doing now for 1 week now.

I just want to get a little into shape. Maybe lose a little from bust and waist. Otherwise I don't have a problem really... I am at a healthy weight.

My question is that am I doing it right?

Acrylic yarn

Is it just me or you can never find anything other than acrylic yarn in Pakistani bazaars. It always acrylic which is synthetic and plastic. I can't even see cotton yarn anywhere. Also I get them Rs. 200 per ball and if it's some fancy one like a silver wire wound on the yarn it's 250 per ball.

What to choose next?

I have just given inter exams (ics physics). I liked physics and was thinking for aerospace before second year but in second year physics and maths just became my worst night mare. Honestly I don't know/understand anything I've studied this year. So I don't wanna do anything related to physics or maths. Or even computer. Because the idea of sitting in front of a screen all day for work just isn't something I wanna do. I want to do something in arts. I have a thing for langauges and inscriptions and I want to pursue archeology but my parents think I will be wasting my potential (I scored good marks every year that's why they think so). They don't force me but also don't stop telling me that I'll be wasting my potential. I don't know what to do. Also everyone says they're unemployed (eng, medical, every background). I'm just so confused

What's the meaning of this phrase?

What's the meaning of Σημειώσατε διπλό? I tried Google translate but I'm a 100% sure it wasn't right because it didn't make any sense

Studies in linguistics

I am interested in studying linguistics ahead. I myslef love learning langauges and learning more about them. As far as I've seen on the internet linguistics means the study of all langauges in general (syntax, phonetics, etc) but when I try to find a linguistics program in my country every program is labeled as "English Linguistics" so my question is that do you study English-only in English linguistics or is it just a medium of education? I talked to a career counselor (wasted my money) and told him I had linguistics in mind but I don't see even a single linguistics program. All are labeled as English Linguistics and he told me it doesn't work how you're thinking. You have to study one particular language. Like a 4-year program in let's say Persian or French, etc.... Wth.. I'm so confused. I was thinking maybe I could do something in archeology here in Pakistan and then abroad for linguistics. Combining both it would be even more interesting. Because tbh I love both

I wanna decide what langauge to learn.

My native languages are Urdu and Punjabi. I'm fluent in English and I learnt Turkish when I was 12. I'm gonna be 19 now and I've been learning Greek (B1-B2) for 8 months now. I'm also interested in Serbian as well as Persian. I'm looking for something that similar to both Greek and Turkish like in terms of music especially like if you're familiar with their music, you'd know they're very different and very diverse than English music. And the lyrics omg. Like I'm very much interested in the Balkan region. So what should I have on my list next? I mostly learn through music and interviews and any stuff I could find on YouTube. No grammar classes or anything

[Fit Check] 34DD not laying flat at chest in centre - digging into right armpit

Fit check. I need suggestions

I never really got to wear a bra that was my size. Also I didn't really bother because nobody teaches you this stuff. Also it wasn't much of a problem before as before. I lost 2 inches in bit bust and band measurement due to workout from 39.5" to 37.5" (bust) and from 31.5" to 29.5" (band). But I didn't know you have to get a bra accordingly. All my existing bras just got too loose and started riding up my back. (which I now know weren't my size either but fit better because it was more common to find bigger cups with that band) but I didn't pay much attention until it started giving really bad shoulder pain like real bad. I recently found this community. I checked the calculator and it suggested 30G/30FF. But I had bought a bra online before like just one day before 30DD.

https://postimg.cc/gallery/Y2S6G7J

So I wanna ask if I should go one cup size up or two because the Centre of the bra doesn't lay flat on the chest so the cup is small. But not that small. this gamble atleast tells me that the band fits snug but it digs in on the right side of ribs. So I wanted to check what size from this brand could fit me better.

I really need something that fits me. I'm tired of the pain

Need assistance with calculator sizing.

I got recommended 30H (UK) from the calculator but where I live the sizing is such that 4 is added to the band measurement like 30" band is 34. So there is alot of confusion and I've been wearing wrong size all my life but I only realized it a couple months earlier when I lost 2 inches in both my band and breast measurement (through exercise) because all my current bras suddenly were big from band for me and whatever bra I wore whether new or old it just digs in and I have severe pain in right shoulder blade that goes from there to neck, head and even to the fingers of right hand. I tried 34C,34dd, 34E but none fits in cup (as I said 34=30"band) and the pain is just killing me. The max you'd get online would be and E, F or G cup. One brand has dd and E labeled as same while another one has È bigger than DD (and it's 34dd didn't fit me). What could be the nearest I could order?

Thanks in advance

Cotton bra

Anyone else feel cotton bra gives a very weird shape to the breasts through the clothes it's as if you have two weirdly pointed big balls and also the cup fabric wrinkles weirdly idk why.. I'd rather wear any other fabric bra but cotton is just not for heavy breasts. Especially small band and big cup

Ancient and Modern Greek

Although I'm learning Modern Greek and I'm at B1-B2 level but I can understand what it says on these 2 coins. Also I've seen people say modern and ancient Greek have grammar differences but this (idk what grammatical phenomenon)

Βασιλέως Ευθυδημου

Is the same as you see in modern Greek

e.g του Νίκου

I'm sorry for terrible explanation but what I'm trying to say is that the masculine name is changed the same way it's changed in modern Greek. Also word like ήλιος/βασιλέως etc retaining the exact same form even today. I have plans to learn Ancient Greek afterwards. I was expecting to be able to read the coins but wasn't expecting to be able to understand them too. (Indo-greek cities are so interesting). Also feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I'd love to learn more

Any thriller movies suggestion?

I'm sort of a "a movie a day" person. So I've watched all the popular ones. So it becomes really hard to find any good thriller/mystery movies. Any suggestions cause I want something for a movie night I've been delaying for many days because I don't have anything to watch.

How to become an archeologist in Pakistan?

I want to study archeology and become an archeologist but I'm not sure if it will turn out as I want it be in Pakistan. I am so much passionate about it but I don't know which institution to choose out of the very few that actually teach it. Everyone around me says there is no future in archeology in Pakistan.

Meaning of the word

Can anyone tell me what does σπάζω mean. I know what it means but in the sense of τα σπάω, or έσπασα. I think I read somewhere it means I've gone mad or I'm not myslef anymore. But I want to confirm. Also it is used alot in λαϊκά and I'm sure it's not used in its literal meaning. Thanks

Double meaning confusion.

The verb λατρεύω I've heard in both as "worship" and as in "I like (something)" so what I'm trying to ask is when it is used for describing your liking for something is it still being used in the same meaning as worship of just a simple Λατρεύω τον καφέ etc.

.. I like coffee.

Probably weird to ask but I'm a little confused. I'm sort of between B1-B2 level rn. Also I'm fluent in Turkish (learnt) I was listening to this song Ένα Σάββατο Βράδυ and this line just confused me

Αν για το θεό μου σ' έχω

'Η για σκότωμα

So my question is he saying "for God's sake"/"tanrı aşkına" or like saying "to have you as God"? Because Google translation for "gods sake" was changed. Also the second line "για σκότωμα" is it like how Turks say "ölümü gör" which is also a way of saying "please" like but much more than just please. Nevermind I'm bad at explaining probably. Thanks
