How to care for frizzy damaged hair?

Hi, I've never done any kind of haircare my whole life. I only use shampoo and started using conditioner a few months ago. My hair is extremely frizzy. Like extreme. I'm not sure how to control it. It's obvious I need to use some products to make my hair better but my budget is pretty small. I have wavy hair, like 2c I guess but it's so frizzy it's hard to say. Do I need to follow a curly hair routine? What are the essentials I need? Please help me out as I'm going to start college and I want to feel better about myself and have healthy hair.

What genre do you read?

I'm a fanfic writer but I've recently been thinking of writing my own book. But I feel like most people read smut/dark romance only. So my question is, if I were to write a clean book and if the genre doesn't even happen to be romance, would people still read it? What genres do you personally like reading?

Shopping

My clg has a dress code. I can only wear chudithars and kurtis. Problem is I have like little to no traditional wear. Now I have to shop in bulk. Please recommend me some shops/areas so I can buy outfits for a reasonable price. Also is anyone else in a similar situation as me? How did you manage it?

Help a girlie out

Hi, I've never done any kind of skincare or haircare in my life because my parents think its unnecessary. It took me about a year to convince them to let me get sunscreen.

now I'm going to start college and I want to take care of myself. But I don't know where to start. My parents are still not supportive so my budget is small. I just want the essentials to have healthy skin. I don't plan on wearing makeup.

I have acne and oily skin. Dark spots, discolouration. My face and neck is like 4 shades darker than my body.

What products do I need? Please recommend me affordable lipbalm, moisturizer and anything else I should be using. Thank you <3

What do you like to read?

What do you guys like to read? Only Indian based stories or books set in different countries too? I've seen many people prefer indian romance, arranged marriage kind of stories in here. Does anyone in here actually like other genres like fantasy or dystopia?

Should I pursue a writing career?

Hi! I'm 17, and I really enjoy writing. I'd like to be a full-time author, but I'm afraid I don't have enough experience or support to go for it. Currently, I'm going to be doing engineering in college, but I'm planning to work on a book idea (I have it outlined vaguely). I've been writing fanfiction since I was like 12, so I do know something about writing. I have zero support from parents, because first of all, they don't even know I write (they're very focused on academics), and second of all, they would probably take away my devices if they found out.

My question is, is there hope for me?

I would like to know how much determination and financial investment go into a successful book. Has anyone else been in a similar situation or succeeded independently?

Writers do you make money?

If so how much money do you make? I used to write fanfics for fun but haven't updated in about a year.

I also have ideas for my original story but ultimately I'm Indian and my parents would never let me invest in publishing and everything.

College dress code for girls

I'm planning to take ECE, but I don't wanna be restricted too much in terms of clothing (like mandatorily pinning shawls, etc). I know generally engineering students have a formal dress code, but I've seen certain colleges take it to a different level lol. Do you know any good colleges with a reasonable dress code and campus life? My cutoff is 171.

Also, does anyone specifically know what Loyola LICET colleges' dress code is?

Licet dress code

Can anybody say what the dress code is for girls studying engineering? Is it stricter than other colleges? What about campus life?

Need help for confession

In my previous post I explained my situation and asked how to make an effective and satisfactory confession. People suggested me to do an examination of conscious so I did. I've made a list of things I've done but I'm unsure if some of them are venial or mortal or a sin at all (like fasting, sources say it applies only after turning 18)

And I also need help wording it properly, so it's not vague or misleading. I want someone to look at my list and help me with it. Please dm me if you're willing. And no judgement please. <3

Extremely unpopular opinion

I hate the Tokyo runway. I hate the Tokyo update in general tbh, but I simply can't stand the runway, I'd much prefer the Katseye runway (one of the few good things about the collab)

I was so excited for Tokyo, but it was honestly disappointing. The clothes are underwhelming. I never use anything from the display or even the seasonal currency items. The hair and faces were good. The photomode is good even though I don't use it. Traditional Japan looks so gorgeous. The baddie pass items were the only saving grace of this update IMO. Waiting for the summer update now.

Does anyone else feel the same or am I just insane?

Is Once upon a Broken Heart worth reading?

I'm not a fantasy reader in general; I get irritated with unrealistic stuff easily, but if the plot and characters are good, I can definitely overlook it. I enjoyed and loved the Cruel Prince series, read all the books in that universe. I'm not sure I've read any other fantasy book that I liked.

Do you think I would like OUABH? Can someone please give me a spoiler-free review? Also, I'm aware you're supposed to read Caravel first, but I kinda wanna read OUABH first, and if I like the setting, I may read the prequel.

Fake lip balm

So I accidentally purchased a fake baby lips lip balm. Can I still use it? I don't wanna waste my money but also this one kinda stains my lip a bit after removal with water. It's a pretty shade though. Should I be concerned?

How to make a good confession

My first confession was when I was 10 and received my first holy communion. And then seven years later, which is a month and a half ago I finally confessed again. But I did not feel satisfied with myself, I was very vague and I did not know certain sins were mortal sins at that time. I didn't know you were supposed to confess the number of times you committed that particular sin. I didn't even know some of the things I've done were sins. Is considering suicide a sin? I do think it is, but I can't quite accept it?

Now I'm going to get confirmed in two weeks and I want to make an effective and good confession. Some people have helped me by telling me to refer a checklist of examination of conscious and I'm thankful of that. Yet I'm hesitant and have many doubts about doing it. Also I have to confess in my native language and I'm not sure how to word certain acts, it sounds very awkward. I'm so much better in English. Would appreciate help and advice!

Confession

I've only confessed twice in my life, first when I was 10 and receiving my first holy communion and second time seven years later, which was two months ago.

The first time I confessed I didn't have to worry about much because I was a legit child and for some reason I never confessed again until recently. We had a retreat and I took up on the opportunity to finally do it again. It went well but hearing others being very detailed in their confessing made me doubt myself.

Now I'm going to get confirmed in two weeks and obviously I have to confess before that so I want to make the most of it. I had no idea that you were even supposed to mention how many times you've committed that particular sin. I'm also not sure how to word certain sins, especially since I attend mass in my native language. Would appreciate help and insight!
