Which model year would you say is the better buy? 2022 vs 2019

Option 1 (black) Option 2 (red)
Model 2022 RAM 1500 Big Horn AWD/4WD 2019 RAM 1500 Big Horn AWD/4WD
Trim Big Horn Level 2 Equipment Group Big Horn Non-BSG Level 2 Equipment Group
Miles 54,949 32,998
Price $29,096 $27,760
Engine HEMI 5.7L V8 HEMI 5.7L V8

I'm in need of a truck and these both seem like decent deals to me. They are nearly identical in terms of listed features. Is there any advantage, performance-wise, for getting the 2022 as opposed to the 2019?

The only real difference between the two that I can tell is the mileage, the Non-BSG package on the 2019, and the cloth seats in the 2019 aren't in the best shape... That's really it.

Any real difference between the two trucks that I might not be aware of?

Broadheads grains for black bear`

I have a PSE EVO XF 33, which has a 69.5 lb draw weight.

If I calculated correctly, my arrows (without broadhead) are 373.7 grains.

  • Carbon Express Maxima Red SD .350 Spine (29.5 inches @ 9.8 GPI) = 289.1 grains
  • insert = 52 grains
  • vanes = 22.5 grains
  • nock collar = 1.3 grains
  • nock = 8.8 grains

In the past, I have shot 100 grain mechanically expandable broadheads with 2" blades that were specifically designed for whitetail. https://www.grimreaperbroadheads.com/products/pro-series-mechanical-broadheads?variant=15985562563

I'm considering bumping that up to a 125 grains fixed blade broadhead for black bear. That would bring me to 499 grains total.

Is that too heavy? I don't mind resighting my bow to account for the heavier grain, but not sure if there's any real benefit. Is the weight gain worth the velocity lost? Is it a wash?

Any idea what’s up with this toilet flush? Water level is sitting very low. Gurgles a bit at the end

As someone who doesn't follow baseball anymore, this blew my mind. There are only 6 players in the entire MLB with a 300 batting average. SIX!!!!

What are these marks on the ceiling?

Seems like screw distance apart but I don’t understand why they’d be so raised like that. Does not look like screw pops.

Can someone who understands the history explain to me, if Kenny Lofton had won 2 championships, would he be in the HOF?

Is there a trap adapter that fits this sani tee, or do I just have to buy a 1-1/2” pipe?

u/fishing_pole — 2 months ago

Is there a male adapter for AAV so I can fit directly into this sani-tee? I think I’ll need the space.

Well, shit. Help?

My water lines are coming in too low, which means my vanity can’t be flush with the wall. Any idea how I can fix this? Is notching the vanity my only option?

u/fishing_pole — 2 months ago

As long as there’s a general spot on the toilet flange that’s square to the wall, am I okay?

I assume this is fine, but just want to make 100% before I screw into my tile.

Also, one of these screws will be on a grout line. Hope that’s okay to skip?

Local hardware store recommended BM Waterborne Ceiling Paint for my bathroom. Two years later it looks like this (microcracking). What should I use on my next bathroom reno?

I'm about to paint my next bathroom renovation and don't want this same issue to happen.

  1. What paint is preferred for bathroom ceiling?
  2. To fix the ceiling in my image, can I just paint over it with the better paint?
