I booked a Delta flight for 9 am tomorrow but I want to try to get on a flight at 11:40 pm tonight, otherwise I will have to sleep at the airport. The reason for this is Frontier screwed me over and canceled my flight so now I have to rebook with Delta. With the “same day”-only standby rule instead of being within a 24-hour period, this means you can NEVER get on standby on their late-night flights, and instead they just have empty seats?

I am not into tech and I'm really impatient with this scanning process. I am trying to scan large piano/vocal songbooks but it seems there is a 24-page limit, meaning I will have to upload the book in parts (part 1, part 2, part 3 etc.)? Is there a better way?

On the FIRST date (dinner) he tried to hold my hand afterwards. I didn't realize what was happening at first (thought we bumped into each other) and took my hand away. I feel like I'm in the minority with this, but I think to myself, "how do you already want to hold my hand after knowing me for 2 hours?" Two days later he texts me "how is your day going so far?" I haven't responded and it's been like 8 hours. I don't want to be texted by someone I barely know and am not sure if I'm even interested in yet. Like, the first date went fine but it's not like I already know if I am really attracted to them. How much can you know about someone in two hours? Or is this a sign that I should move on from them since I'm feeling annoyed af by them texting me? I just want to say "leave me alone until we have a second date." I just feel like I move so much slower than the average person. I am shy and socially anxious. But setting boundaries right away about texting and going slow feels like I'm going to just make a lot of people uninterested. Do you guys have any advice?

I love when I see a celebrity who clearly knows their colors. Do you have any examples where you saw a celebrity and they looked so harmonious with the colors they were wearing?

I want to be able to practice at home, I made sure to pick an apartment with only one shared wall (my upstairs neighbor), but she is an old lady and NEVER leaves the house. I know I should just not worry about it, but I simply cannot practice if I know someone might be listening to me; I get extremely tense. I can constantly hear her walking around above me.

Practicing at band practice spaces doesn't work because the rooms don't have live acoustics for classical singing and the other bands are too loud.

Do you have any suggestions for places to practice? I'm in Burbank/Glendale area.

I used to think I was in the right about my social media opinions--that people that constantly brag about their achievements, post tons of selfies, etc. are incredibly narcissistic. But now I'm thinking, am I wrong? I didn't grow up in a very loving, supportive household, so it feels weird to me to post about myself--I almost never post anything at all. But with the general population, it seems like they're so comfortable with it, probably because they grew up in households where they were rooted for and sharing things about themselves was welcomed and not criticized. I don't know if this makes sense, but let me know if you can relate, and do you agree that I'm actually weird for finding people that post a lot narcissistic and attention-seeking?

I went to the newly reopened Aritzia in Glendale CA yesterday and it seems like they've changed their in-store experience? No associates talked to me, and there was no loud music playing. It was a lot calmer of a shopping experience.

We were long distance for the last few months, and without warning or any communication, I found out they've started dating someone else. I have thoughts going through my head like "maybe it will actually work out this time" because they are closer in age and my ex's friend just got engaged so maybe they're wanting something more serious now because other people around them are getting serious. Or will they just do the same confusing, hot-and-cold shit to this new person as they did to me?

Spirit and Delta had the only direct flights between these two airports. I am from MI and live in LA, and I won't be able to afford Delta for flights home. I hope another less expensive airline starts to offer direct flights. I will miss Spirit :(
