placed two orders last night, one has not been touched at all, pending, the other is looking for a driver since 10 this morning, and they all are small items 4 miles away from store

Do we have any notary public here on the treasure coast who can translate and notarize a simple document from German to English? Any idea how to find one?

I was a little disappointed when only a few people showed up for the protest meeting against data centers. I think we all are a little misinformed about the impact they have on our health, if they are being approved by our constituents. We always think about water and air pollution. It seems to be coming practice nowadays that buyer's make offer promising 20% down payment and first mortgage, when in reality down the road they come back and request the seller will accept a second offer incl a second mortgage to cover the down payment. This means they raise the price artificially and then take a second mortgage on top of the first. A higher sale price also means a higher commission. Has anybody encountered such a deal and what do you think of it?

We all are familiar with the scam of some third-party sellers to trick a customer into placing an order by pricing the item very low and then apply a high shipping charge. Well then, here is a new scam. When the competition announces a shipping of 3+ days, some third-party sellers promise to ship in 2 days. a few hours after the order is placed, they change the shipping status to shipped. At this time Walmart will not accept a cancellation because the status is shipped. On day 2 when the order should have arrived at your house, they change the order status to delayed to 4+ days sometimes even more. And you will find out that the order never shipped or picked up at the seller's location. Now your money is tied up and if you are short on cash, you are trapped because you got no money to find another seller or use pick up. At this point you are at the mercy of the seller and just have to go with his scam and wait. we ordered an AC, and with this heat fast delivery is of the essence. We are already at day 4 and there is no movement. Did this ever happen to you? what was the order and how many days was the order delayed?

In previous years there would always be reports on the python challenge, which was very interesting to me. Lately I haven't seen or heard anything either on the news or on social media. So,. we ordered some jeans more than a week ago. It came from a distribution center and arrived at the local hub 6 days ago. Did it ever happen to any of you? Anybody has any ideas/inside info why this could have happened? Obviously, the item was not out of stock, since we followed the delivery path to local hub.

so, last night we had a delivery that was really late, was supposed to come around 8 at night and driver arrived at 10:45 pm. Horrible, who wants to be out at that time of the night, so we waited outside and when she arrived, she took the pic and refused to take the tip, we really had to demand she take it. It was really weird; anything happened to any of you?
