OP was able to get fresh pork straight from a farm and made garlic butter pork

A little tip. For any meat ask for boneless pieces. It may cost you a little more but saves up on time and effort. If you're okay with eating it off the bone then fine.

It was fun

I had a good time at Anjuna these past few days. I would however recommend preferably not staying at Madpackers Hostel if you can avoid it. Their pool is completely broken, on their site they claim they have power back up but electricity would be gone for hours on end and I got bitten by different bugs. The only plus points were hot water at all times and proximity to Anjuna beach. Maybe an additional bonus if you're into the whole drinking and getting high scene.
