Do you try to find deeper character motivations? Or do you predominantly just try to serve the game of the sketch? And are there any other differences you’ve noticed between these two types of acting?
I’m trying to make my first t-shirt, and I want it to be a very loud, 80s neon theme. But I can’t find any good neon fabric anywhere online. I’m basically trying to make the body of the shirt neon pink, the sleeves neon blue, and the neckline neon green.
I’ve been considering getting the pass for a while, but I just wanted to feel out what current and past members think about it. And I had a couple of questions:
I personally like the idea of spontaneous trips, but the 24 hour ticket window scares me. Have you guys have had an easy time booking return flights within that timeframe?
How is the selection of flights? It says you have access to 100+ airports, but is that really true?
And could you consistently find tickets to the same cities? Like if I wanted weekly trips to NYC or LA, would that be reasonable to expect?
I like graphic tees but I hate feeling like a walking billboard for a brand, but most tall graphic tees are just band names, tv show characters, car brands etc.
When I was younger and shorter I would order shirts from Threadless, which would commission designs from artists. But they don’t have tall sizes, so I couldn’t shop there after my growth spurt, so I’ve been out of luck in adulthood.
Are there any websites that sell tall-sized graphic tees with a similar vibe to threadless?
For a frame of reference, how powerful do you think they would be compared to the Gokage (minus Tsunade) or the Akatsuki.
I know that they’re aware on a mental level that they’re fairytale characters, but we never really engaged with the fact that bastardized versions of their life stories are basically mandatory viewing for kids in the real world. I wouldn’t loved an episode of them doing a movie night and griping about the inaccuracies of their movie counterparts
I’m trying to upgrade my style, but it seems that nowhere is selling interesting clothes for tall men. Department stores are mostly relaxed fit jeans, Hawaiian shirts, and business clothes, but I want to build more a unique aesthetic.
Where are you guys getting stuff?
I’m trying to be more conscious of my cholesterol, and I’m realizing how reliant I am on heavy cream. So I was just wondering if there are any healthier alternatives I could use. Especially if they’re not super expensive.
When I had my colors done and was found to be a winter, I was excited to fill my closet with clothes in my season. But apart from white and black I can’t really find anything in season at stores.
Men’s sections in department stores seem to be filled with neutrals and warm colors. Does anyone have any suggestions for places that sell more vibrant, cool-toned clothing?
I’m a very tall man, and I’ve never been able to find “cool” clothing in the big and tall sections of stores. The options are always very limited and more tailored to hiding large bodies. There are no interesting colors or cuts of clothing. It’s mostly just business casual clothing or loose-fit T-shirts and relaxed-fit jeans. All of which are in neutral or autumn colors palettes.
Are there any stores that sell more varied clothing for tall men? I’m not looking to be a paragon of fashion or anything. But I want to start forming a style that looks more unique than (bland tall guy in loose pants).
I was just thinking about it and she’s got a far longer lifespan than him. What do you think her life would be like during his old age and after his death?
I’ve tried it out several times and I can’t get it to work. It says “you can use Recall. When recalling, bring nearby enemies back to the base with you.” But I can’t find the recall button. It’s not in the corner where it typically is.
Is there some other method I’m supposed to use to recall with this augment?
He knows how magic works and has had centuries of time studying it. He’s taught several people how to use it almost instantly. So why is he just a regular guy without the powers of the dagger?
I’m close to the end of season 2 and she just seems better equipped to manage an ER than him. Other than the AI pushing, she’s basically a perfect boss.
She doesn’t cross any emotional boundaries or allow anyone to badmouth, gossip, or speculate about patients. She keeps the humanity of the patients in mind and tries to ensure that they’re aware do what’s happening and that they don’t feel ignored or belittled. She empowers the student doctors and treats everyone fairly (except for Santos with the paperwork thing, but that leads back to her being an AI shill). And frankly, she’s not a bitch to Mohan like Robby is.
Like is she supposed to represent what an attending should look like so we can see how far off his game Robby has become?
I’m working my way through season 2 and Santos seems to have not grown as a person at all in the last 10 months. I don’t mind that she’s still mad at Langdon. She has every right to be. It’s insane that she’s forced to work in the same hospital with the guy she busted for drugs, let alone getting assigned to work under him with patients. But she just made her feelings about the situation clear to Whitaker and “I don’t like him because he was an asshole to me” just seems so petty that it’s not interesting to watch.
What I want from Santos is for her to grapple with the fact that she’s committed her share of ER crimes as well. On her FIRST DAY she threatened that incestuous pedophile then told him directly that his wife and daughter snitched him out. She very well could’ve gotten those two killed. And frankly, for her story, I wish that she did. She needs something that’s going to give her a dose of humility. Not so she can get over Langdon, but so she can understand that she’s not the moral bastion of the world.
Like neon graphic tees with 80s-looking images on them, acid washed jeans, or those billowy button up 80s-90s shirts that have loud patterns on them. I love those styles but I can only find things like them in normal sizes. I would need like an XLT in a shirt, and a 36L for pants
