What are your favorite car interior styles?

My favorite interior style is those from early 2000s affordable daily-driver cars. There's a unique charm a lot of those early 2000s cars have, and they have a lot of nostalgia factor. Maybe this is a hot take, but I don't care all that much for race or luxury interiors.

What's your oddly specific Iiminal space that you love so much?

For me, it's grainy, nostalgic, low quality images of nature. Either dull in color and lighting or bright and colorful. Nothing in between. Otherwise, it just doesn't really hit for me.

Rembrandt always has such good speeches.

This is just something I noticed about one of the characters and I wanted to share. It seems like there's a lot of episodes where Rembrandt gives another character a pep talk and I find his voice so empowering and he can really change someone's opinion? What do you all think of this? Do you agree?

This Might Save Your Relapse

Why do we masturbate?

Because it feels so incredible.

But remember, there's benefits that lie ahead from abstaining.

Oh shit, I forgot. I'm so blinded by pleasure that I forget why I shouldn't do it. Masturbation is a demon in disguise.

That's right! Pleasure just masks success. Why would you want to cover such a thing up?

You see, by remembering what you're in this for, you realize masturbating is really just not worth it. When you relapse, you keep delaying your success further and further. REMEMBER THAT!

The only reason you ever relapse is because it feels good. As long as you keep in mind the things you're missing out on and how this is harming you, you're very resistant to relapsing. Just don't lose sight of it, and you can beat that urge.

Choose any fictional creature to keep as a pet but I'll pick the side effect.

You get to pick any fictional creature that has to be living of some sorts but not human. Anything that resembles a human does not count. For example, Goku. Even though he has traits that make him unlike any other human, that does not make him a creature. Once you have chosen your creature, put him in the comments and I will decide on a side effect it will have. Good luck!

Are there any other songs like this?

GRiZ - Knucklepuck sounds like an old-school hip-hop song but then it was transformed into some wonky futuristic wubz, and it's a unique combo that works surprisingly well. Do you guys know any other songs that are like this? I'm very familiar with wubz but I've never really heard stuff quite like this before.

Magic Reading

Every time you read an authentic physical book, published by a real author, you will see random scenes in the book as you read them (about 1 in 4 of them), and you will see them in most vivid detail. You will see that scene through the perspective of the most significant character in that scene. The scene will automatically play through without you needing to read anything and then you'll be back in reality when the scene is over. However, you cannot revisit any scenes you have previously read and you cannot bypass this by getting a different version of the same book. If you never enjoyed reading before, will you become a reader now? How does this change your reading frequency and habits, and what books will you seek out?

High-tension Recommendations.

What are some good SciFi series that have a ton of tension and they're always in danger, but they just barely manage to escape it each time? The plot of the show does not matter, as long as it has that. I'm not looking for anything super specific. If anyone has any recommendations, that would be great. My streaming services are Peacock, Paramount +, and Hulu.

It may also be possible I can rent entire seasons at my local library, so that's not out of the question.

I found a food combination that tastes incredibly good!

If you're sensitive to spicy foods, this may not be for you, but y'all gotta try Utz French Onion chips and Flamin Hot Cheetos or Flamin Hot Cheetos Fuego. Personally, I prefer it with the Fuego, but they're a little harder to come across and I think they cost more. Either way, an incredibly good food combo. Let me know what you guys would probably think of this if you tried it. Do you plan on trying it?

What’s something an artist you really enjoy does differently from most others that you love?

For me, it's GRiZ. I love how much of an outstanding variety he has. I'll emphasize the variety, but that's not the only thing about him. In every song, he puts so much work and so much detail into the sound design to make it beautifully complex. And it's incredible how much of it he's able to put out.

Do you have any suggestions for this?

I want some dark music with extreme bass that evokes feelings of despair. Please don't worry about me in the comments, but that's what kind of music I really want to hear. I think the best example I have of that is NEOTEK - Colorles. I'd love to know of more songs that are like that.

What's better in your favor?

$75,000 or you get an infinite supply of the last item you bought, and you can just spawn it out of thin air?

If it's groceries, it's the last item that's been scanned. You can share it with family, friends, and your lover, but nobody else. If there's any way you try to make money off it, it will disappear, so there are no loopholes.

Pro-Tip: Don't Be Angry About Urges

I'm not an expert on this, so I don't know if all of this is 100% correct, but when you're angry or emotionally overwhelmed, your testosterone, adrenaline, and sex drive increases, which makes you a lot more impulsive and you have a much greater craving for sexual activity. This is the opposite of what happens when your calm and relaxed.

My point is, when an urge comes up, try not to get angry that it's there or beat yourself up over past mistakes. So many of us struggle with this, but dwelling on frustration is only gonna make the situation harder. Instead, focus on staying calm and keeping a positive mindset. Think about the progress you're making and the great changes that lie ahead from abstaining.

A calm and collected mind is much stronger than one with racing thoughts. Every time you successfully handle an urge, you're rewiring the brain so future urges become easier to deal with and less consistent. This is called neuroplasticity and it's quite interesting to learn about. You can apply this to a lot of things in life.

Confidence matters. Keep going and don't lose hope.

One last thing I wanna note, I have personal experience with this. I've just now started to notice how extremely effective my mindset can be on controlling my urges, and I'm sure it can be for you too. Good luck on your journeys, everyone ✌🏼

Music and working out

For those that use earbuds or headphones when working out, does the sweat getting into them affect the audio quality or cause serious damage? If so, how bad is it and how long did it take for you to notice a difference?
