Am I better off getting a cordless vacuum?

Am I better off getting a cordless vacuum?

It seems like there's barely any bagged electric power head vacuums out there in Australia besides ones that cost $1000 to $1600 AUD, the most popular being the Sebo E3 Premium. The vacuum I was looking at originally was the Miele l1 cats and dog, but the issue with this one is that it doesn't come with a electric power head but a turbo one. I will be using this vacuum for our 4 bedrooms which have medium pile carpet (10mm).

Would buying a mid range to high tier cordless vacuum be better than a Miele that only comes in turbo head for Australia?. I did read that basically all of these cordless ones run using a electric power head and not a turbo head. I now wonder if a decent cordless vacuum would be better than using a Miele on a turbo head brush.

EDIT: I have just discovered that godfreys (Australia brand has a couple of vacuums that are powerhead based). I wonder if these would still be better than the Miele with a turbohead since these operate with a powerhead instead.

Best Miele bagged vacuum for medium pile bedroom carpets?

I want to get a Miele finally as I have bad allergies to dust. Which vacuum would you recommend for this?. I was looking at the S1 VS M1 VS L1, so far the L1 doesn't seem worth since it removes the pre motor filter? or something I was reading up on. Now I also want to know which vacuum can use powerhead and if I actually need one of those for my carpets.

I am also from Australia.

Thanks,

Wooting tikken mediums any revisions from decent batches?.

I want to buy tikkens from a store that wooting supplies to since it's faster shipping than the official website. They've told me they got stock from February / March from wooting. My question is has the recent batch from the official wooting website changed anything with these switches from launch?.

Artisan Key-83 anyone feel like their hand gets stuck on the pad too?

I've always felt like my Key-83 in soft is hard to move my wrist (wrist aimer) compared to my Artisan Zero in soft. Anyone else feel this way as well?, I'm getting to the point where I might just sell the pad and buy another zero.

Also I don't want to use an arm sleeve as well.

TLDR = Basically getting hand-drag from the pads texture.

Pictures of a Magnus Pro (NON XL) with a 32 inch monitor?

I'm curious about the desk depth as it's only 58.5cm. Can you post a picture below if you have this desk in the standard size with a 32 inch monitor?.

Thanks,

VT Commodore Executive 1999 - spoiler add-on from factory?

Anyone know what spoiler would have been fitted on my Dads 1999 VT commodore executive?. Apparently you could have had it as an add-on from when the car was first purchase. I'm just trying to work out if it would have came with a standard S wing or a SS model.

Currently the car doesn't have a spoiler on it that's why I'm curious.

What's the ideal handhelds setup to cover the main aspect ratios?

Is the ideal setup 3 devices?, so like a 4:3, 16:9, and a 3:2 device?. I wouldn't mind eventually starting a collection for retro handhelds. It would most likely be a retroid pocket 6, nova and for the 3:2 not exactly sure.

Australians who bought from Artisan Japan

What was the total price after checkout?. I heard buying 2 pads from them is apparently better than just buying 1 from the official website. My main concern is the shipping fee / duties.

Also how long did it take for you to receive once you ordered?.

Best starter handheld for PS1/N64 and below? (Budget)

Currently for my first handheld, I've narrowed it down to a vertical and linux handheld for my first purchase that I want to make. My question is, because there's so many damn handhelds out there it gets overwhelming to find the "current best" on the market. However, even I know that there's no current best on the market for too long in this hobby. I was first looking at 3.5 inch verticals, after doing so much research about different 3.5 inch models I've come to the conclusion that 4 inch would probably be the best for my needs. I also looked at Anbernic RG477V but 4.7 looks kinda too big for a vertical, at that point I'd just get a horizontal. Also for Australia the annoying thing about looking for a first time handheld is that the prices on even older models are very similar to the newer ones.

Also I forgot to mention I am very noob at emulation / retro handhelds.

Best starter emulator handheld for a noob?

I'm a noob when it comes to emulating / handhelds which would be best for a starter handheld?. I'm very torn on if I should get a vertical / horizontal unit or if I should just get both lol. As for the emulators I'd like to play, would be most likely N64, PS1 & PS2. I can understand that a handheld that runs PS2 flawlessly would need more power however.

DT 900 PRO X (help pls) - Could someone please test their 1.8M and 3M cable for me.

I have this weird issue where my 3m cable sounds ever so slightly quieter than my 1.8m cable. It almost like the 1.8 cable has better "surround" as well. It's really hard to explain, this is my second unit with this issue and I'm not sure what to do. Is this normal for beyerdynamics 3m cable or something?.

Why is shopping for chairs so hard in Australia?

Man I'm kind of getting over looking for chairs. I don't really want to go the used market route for a chair but it seems like I don't really have any other options for brand new chairs. It's either the chair is way too expensive or the mid range / budget chairs from outside of Australia aren't sold here. I've looked at the fractal refine chair and that seems very average for $800. At that point I might as well just settle on a IKEA Markus for $250 AUD.

My Budget is $1000 AUD help me find a decent chair

Asus Rog Ally Z1E (steamos) - drawing higher tdp anyone know why?

When I play half life 1 / 2 at 100 / 120 fps sometimes my TDP exceeds to 40w even though I have capped it at 25W. Does anyone know why it exceeds more than like 35w?. I could understand it being an extra 5-10W but I'm not sure why it goes to 40W sometimes when it's capped.

Rog Ally Z1E - How well does auto vram work in bios for Linux?

Trying to see which setting is best for steamos and my ally. When I tried auto on windows 11 it was buggy and wasn't allocating the correct vram when needed. Does Linux / steam os do a better job when vram is set to auto in the bios?. Perhaps I should maybe just set it to 6gb and call it a day, what do you think?.
