Do you guys see any red flags here? It's a brand new roof and from a certain angle some shingles are not settled properly / do not lay flat. The roofer said it would take a week or so for them to settle.

We had an option to go with Tamko Titan XT but ultimately chose Certainteed Landmark Pro (Charcoal Black).

I kind of feel bad for the EU region. The US region has not been out of stock since launch and I can literally order AW3926QW at the moment for Sept 12th delivery for $1000 with 10% off.

The monitor is brand new. I only took it out of the box to verify everything works properly with no gray banding. It’s still within the return window, but I’d rather pass along a major corporate discount to someone who wants a 4K OLED panel without spending $800-1,000.

If there’s no local interest, I’ll simply return it. Will be switching to AW3926QW ultrawide that just went on sale. 

This model uses a WOLED panel, the same as the XG32UCWMG, just with a slightly lower refresh rate. MSRP is $1,100. 9.1/10 on rtings.com

Every time I see STALKER 2 screenshots online I’m like: HOLY WOW, this game looks insane after 2.0 update.

Then I boot it up on my PS5 (performance ) and… the whole image just feels kind of flat. Something’s missing. As if there is lack of depth and shadows to a certain extent. Am I the only one? 👀

At this point it totally makes sense to start the game over and experience all enhancements from scratch. It's like you are playing a brand new game pretty much.

Ultimate edition on this sale is the WAY to go if you don't own the game and want the entire package. You pretty much get the future expansion #2 and all Deluxe bonuses for free vs buying standard edition and DLCs separately.

A bit on the higher side but not unexpected. Standard to Ultimate on the recent Steam discount for $38 was a bit better deal imo - long term, since it includes 2 expansions and all deluxe goodies.

Edit: you can downvote as much as you want to 😂 don't get mad at me, I don't set up pricing and it's not my fault you didn't grab standard to Ultimate when it was on sale too
