After months of waiting I finally called the IRS. Seemed impossible to get an actual human on the phone, but saying "account management" immediately got me on hold to a representative. Took about 2 hours on hold and 100 questions later they finally told me they had sent out a 5071c but I never received it. Was put on hold for another hour to make an appointment at a TAC office to verify my identity. The only one available for an appointment was 3 hours away, but I honestly just wanted to get it over with. Was truly as simple as showing the agent my ID and giving him my direct deposit info (although when making an appointment they told me I needed 2025 return, 2024 return, 2 forms of ID, etc.) 2 days later my deposit was in my account, although tracker still just says approved. I definitely recommend calling if yours is delayed. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful.

2005 Jayco Jayflight. No battery powered components are working. Shore power working fine including outlets, air conditioning, microwave. Battery was replaced earlier this year. Lights would work off and on and finally just stopped working in general.

filed and accepted on 2/9. 3 months stuck on "return received". very simple return. state and federal both owe me but havent seen anything yet. i dont fit into any of the categories that IRS says can delay my refund. I filed on taxslayer, which is where i always file and receive refund within 2-3 weeks in previous years. is there anyone to contact that can actually look into this, not just automated system? refund isnt that much money either so im not wanting to spend anything trying to get answers. just confused as to why its been stuck like this for so long
