Looking for answers from people knowledgeable about bats that can ease my fear with them. I am an animal LOVER, and I really want to be able to love and appreciate bats but my fear of them prevents it. I live in a RV in western part of NC, and am very freaked out about the idea that a bat could enter my RV and exit without me knowing. Ive read they can squeeze through pretty tight spaces, but do they have the coordination to be able to get back out quickly without me knowing? Or would I definitely see one if it got into my space. I do find the flying fox bats quite cute but honestly the ones native to my area scare me a bit. Any bat knowledge to ease my fear is welcome 🫶🦇

I have read the FAQ. I live in a RV and have a terrible fear that a bat would be able to get in, bite me, and get out without me knowing. Ive read they can squeeze into pretty small spaces. Is this something they would actually be able to do? Genuinely hard for me to relax at times due to the fear. Especially considering bugs can get in super easy and I do end up with random bites, my first thought always goes to bats.

never once have i been so overwhelmed/irritated with a job. i got hired for fulfillment and was maybe "trained" (given a short store tour basically) for 30 minutes then told to start doing orders my first day. second day was left at pickup desk completely by myself for 5-6 hours while rest of my team did god knows what. was answering calls that i had no clue how to handle. was able to take some stuff to curbside but most stuff was too heavy for me (items literally said team lift) and NO ONE would come help after repeated calls. most shifts ended up being like this. my availability was 7am-11pm and all my shifts but 2-3 were 530 am to either 930 or 230. for the fun of it i started doordashing again and found i could make more money doing that and not have to deal with the bs. could also work more than twice a week doing it. was really hopeful for lowes to be a good job as I was wanting to learn a bit before starting trade school.

I started dashing in 2021 and stopped 2022, but currently between employeement/college so i started dashing again. they emailed me saying I would get another background check within 7-14 days. Back late 2021 I received a "moving violation" ticket and then in 2022 got in a wreck but wasnt given a ticket (it was sorta both my fault and other driver). Nothing on my record since then, will this be a reason for my account to be deactivated? Seriously needing the extra money right now as my job completely screwed me over and im out of employment for the time being.

Does the company have any actual "requirements" for taking breaks? My state has no break requirements so Im looking moreso for company policy. I work in fulfillment and past few shifts I either havent been able to take one, or its been sorta discouraged even though on my schedule im scheduled for a break. Its not as bad during 6 hour shifts but honestly working 9 without a break is difficult. I asked my coworker since Im newer if thats typical, and they answered saying most of them dont take them as they would rather get paid. The rest of my shifts this week are for 9 hours, and currently (possible TMI) dealing with heavy period issues and I need to be able to sit and eat, if not Im very likely to faint. Especially with it being in the high 90s outside. I dont want to make a fuss or anything but how would yall go about explaining to team lead that break is needed? Or should I just power through lol. does it actually matter if you layer water based products on top of silicone based products? my go to foundation which i do not want to change is the elizavecca bb cream (first ingredients are water, titanium dioxide, phenyl trimethicone) and i believe it to be "silicone based" since one of the first ingredients is a silicone. i am looking for a concealer OR color corrector that is white and not super thick or full coverage. been looking at the ELF soft glam corrector in white but im worried it wont blend well as its water based (water, isononyl isonoanoate). im open to suggestions for the concealer as well but any advice would be appreciated!!
