What are the benefits of Magnesium Complex?

So I recently purchased a magnesium supplement after hearing all the hype and good things around it. Would like to hear some personal experiences and benefits or disadvantages people have had with it.

Also is particular supplement of magnesium ok? It seems a really high dosage and contains 4 different types of magnesium. Will it be too much for first timer?

THANKYOU.

Has anyone used HCG on its own? (Without trt) what benefits did you notice?

Has anyone used HCG on its own? (Without trt) what benefits did you notice? Thinking of using this as a safer alternative to testosterone. Thanks

What is my FREE and TOTAL T? and would I benefit from trt?

Very confusing results. Levels seem okay even though experiencing low t symptoms

Nervous as hell to start T

Hey sorry if this has been posted by others a million times but ive got a few questions and want a bit of reassurance (lol).

Im a 32 year old male 5"6 and weigh 15.9 stone.

I started my weightloss journey with retatrutide 4 months ago and ive lost 2 and ½ stone in 4 months. Very happy with my results but now ive got the bug and I want to start testosterone for the other benefits its offers like mood, energy, weightloss, muscle mass etc. I had my blood test done the other day but didn't realise I only paid for a very basic test which only gave 1 result (testosterone venous 17.08). Ive asked if I can pay to upgrade my results to the full testosterone numbers.

Ive already ordered and recieved my testosterone cypionate and im storing it in a cool, dark dry place untill i can gather the courage to start it.

I guess what im worried about most is that it will change me into a different person like the random change in emotions and behaviour (or is that just steonger steroids like tren?)

Its taken me a very long time to get my mental health in a good place and I don't want to risk ruining that either.

But hell, I sure do want to start testosterone!! Ive lost 2.5 stone and I feel incredible. A boost in mood, energy, weightloss and muscle would be incredible.

Any stories or reassuring words would be appreciated.

Thankyou ☺️
