Realistically, what could actually destroy the Gravemind?

I recognize the whole "a single spore can destroy worlds" thing about the flood, but hypothetically, how much firepower would you need to permanently kill the thing? The entire combined Covenant and UNSC fleets glassing it for 6 months straight? A Death Star? More? Less?

Suggestion for new movement tech: better subspace usage

Basically the title. Rather than it being exclusive for science ships and slow as hell, you can get a mid to late game tech chain that allows better subspace travel times, and eventually get a subspace drive that allows construction/military ships to use subspace at the cost of slower standard hyperlane travel times.

example:

Tech 1: Speculative Hyperlane Breaching (unlocks subspace, already in game)

Tech 2: Experienced Subspace Engineers (makes subspace travel faster by 25% or something)

Tech 3: Sophisticated Subspace Technology (unlocks level 1 subspace drives, increases subspace travel speed by a further 30% but slows hyperlane travel by 25%)

Tech 4: Advanced Subspace Drives (unlocks level 2 subspace drives, increases speed by 20% but slows hyperlane travel by 20% as well)

Tech 5: Widespread Subspace Travel (unlocks level 3 subspace drives, same modifiers as the previous tech)
