Friend is visiting from the Yukon and was pulled over and issues a $110 ticket today for the Dealer installed license plate surround that every 3rd car has here in Toronto.
Why harass visitors and not enforce this for locals?? I could have written 50 tickets just on my commute home. I’m embarrassed as a toronto resident. Imagine what my friend from Dawson City thinks about Toronto??
