I got this bee balm at my local nursery for the ladybugs that escaped into my house and one of the associates told me it’d be okay inside as long as it got full sun.

I put it in my west facing windowsill and I’m keeping it in the store pot for a while to avoid stressing it out. It’s been in the windowsill for a week now and seems okay, it looks the same as it did at the store.

Also I don’t mind if it grows mildew, it’s a great food for my springtail populations and that’s actually part of the reason I got it😅

My question is can I keep it inside or do I need to put it outside for it to live? Thanks:)

My dad told me my legs look dirty. I feel like I look like I got beat up, but really I’m just clumsy as hell. Doesn’t help that I’m pale as a ghost so they show up even more🥲

Got him when he was as a kitten, he’s now a year old. Pretty sure his mom was an uncared-for outdoor cat since he definitely kept those street cat genes. I hope his littermates found good homes where they get catered to just as much. Anyone else adopt a "free" kitten off Craigslist?

My Bach ma earth tiger sling sensed her food today and decided to come out to wait for it. She looks so pretty!!

I recently upgraded my D. pentaloris to this new setup. I noticed today that she looks a bit small relative to the total floor space.

She has already webbed up multiple corners and successfully ate her first meal in here, so she seems comfortable, but I wanted to get a second opinion on whether the footprint is too large or if she'll be fine growing into it.

Substrate is kept deep to prevent fall risks. Video attached for scale. Appreciate any feedback!

She was in the garage, hid from me and balled up when I captured her. She’s way more scared of us than we’re scared of her😭 I’ll be relocating her to a nearby trail with very low foot traffic to live her peaceful life.

She is almost always burrowed in her substrate but tonight she was out in her web🥹 gave her some fruit flies as a snack since she already had a tiny cricket a few days ago

I keep a lot of spiders but my Mexican rose grey has been the sweetest. She has never bitten, flicked hairs, and only threat posed once in the year and a half I’ve had her. I adore her💗 (not actually sure if she’s a female btw just wishful thinking)

My baby is getting frail but I’ve been doing my best to keep him hydrated

My little peanut (the brown one) listened immediately and it made me laugh that her dog fitz doesn’t know what that means
