Spot the Splooter

Mama Ratsquirrel sploots in a shady, cooler spot in the yard today. Temps are expected to be over 100-degrees. I put out water as well as feed for her and her fellow chonkers.

Its own sunshade

When I'm not documenting ratsquirrels, I do like to photograph the "normal" squirrels, too. I think it's rather cool that they flip their fuzzy tails over to have their own personal sunshade.
